Really unhappy with Currys*pc world due to the wrong product being delivered yesterday *n the **th November ****. Iwas told the tv would be with me between *.**pm and *.**pm. After *.**pm I phoned to find out where it was, only to be told they could not get hold of the depot or driver and said it should be with me in the next *.* hours. At *.**pm I was called to say that they could not deliver to which I complained to them. ** minutes later I received a phone call saying they would deliver. The knowhow team arrived and checked I had the right model, when I checked I found out it was the wrong model. They had delivered a xf**** tv instead of a xf**** tv. The model which had been checked as being correct by the driver is £*** cheaper, of less spec and does not come with a * year guarantee.*Also the driver and mate left customer details wit me which is against the **** Data protection act.*I have phoned to arrange for a new tv to be delivered but I am not happy about having to wait another day. This is really inconvenient for me. I do hope that someone does respond to this letter. My reference for this order was **********.
