I made a purchase at your Bury Branch (****) yesterday to the value of £*** Receipt No ******. I presented a £** Currys egiftcard to the assistant but was told that it was declined and I need to contact you. As far as I am aware there is no reason why this giftcard should have been declined and I now find myself with a giftcard whereas I should have had the discount. The voucher details are: *No ******************* PIN ****.*Please can you advise why it was declined and how I go about getting my £**.*Thanks*Stuart Kay
