I have tried to order a set of Sony wh-****xm* headphones on line the link said free delivery. Then when I get on the site it says you won’t deliver which is in complete conflict to what you’re advertising on the top left of the screen faculae advertising. Then the site won’t let me order them so I drive down to your store in Basingstoke to be told there’s nothing they can do even though they have them on the shelf but at a lot more expensive price. I show them it is a current offer and they are legally bound to honour it so they then tell me they have ran out of stock!!! Really... so iv come home and gone online to try and get help and I find your system Cami I think great I have now been on here for ** mins and no one has responded this is terrible customer service it feels like you are making it as hard as you can for the customer and I just tried to find a number to call you and and it’s going to cost me £*.** then **p a min !!! All I want to do is buy the headphones that you are advertising with FREE DELIVERY I have taken a photo shot of the advert and the screen showing how long I have been sat on your system with no response or even a small message saying they are really busy but the will get to me NOTHING please give me back a little belief and help me. If you would like a copy of the screen shots just let me know.*James
