The issue in GetHuman-galight's own words
I brought two inks that were £** each but got a bit off because I brought two, I asked the guy at the till to check the numbers and he went to the shelf and got two packs he checked the numbers and said they were corrects , the first pack was fine but when I went to use the second the black ink would not work, I went into the shop and the guy said to try it without a bit of tape that covered a hole, I returned home and it still would work, the shop ordered another pack. I opened the black ink as it was only black I needed, this did not work so I checked the numbers and the were not the right ones. It has taken me a week to return to the shop due to busy at work. The young girl behind the till was very lovely but didn’t know how to exchange with out some help. The guy that came to help her said of we already exchanged this and I explained that the numbers were not right, I left the lovely young girl to carry on with the exchange while I nipped to the train station to pick up a family member. On returning to the shop ** minutes later another lady think she could of been the manager was with the young girl, she spoke to me quite Abruptly and told me I had already returned and she could not change a return, I explained to her although it was a return it was the wrong ink pack and was not compatible with the printer I had brought from their store. She told me it was not their fault and I should had checked the numbers, I told her that their store had Ordered it, to which she said it was not the stores job to check the numbers of the ink. She then went on to say that the one I had brought back was the same number of the one the store had ordered, I said I didn’t believe that was so and that I had originally asked the man behind the till to get me the two packs of inks and checked the numbers because I never had my glasses, and if they were In fact the wrong numbers, thenit was her sales guy that would of done that in the first place. I had asked him to do this as the ink packs are £**. She then told me that this did not happen as she hasn’t employed anyone that stupid and there was nothing she could do. At this point I felt very humiliated and embarrassed as she was implying that I was stupid, I was very close to tears and just picked my ink pack and Receipts and left the store. I am shocked that the young girl that must be training was shown how to be rude to a customer. I am now left with ink that’s does not work that cost me a lot of money and am not sure that I could shop in your store again, I have brought my washing machine, cooker, fridge* freezer microwave, hover printer laptop from your store, I had problems with the laptop and it had to be replaced, I had a problem with the delivery of the fridge* freezer but these were sorted out with in a professional manner, I feel that this woman was extremely rude and has left me in tears kind regards Angela ford
