My Name, David Nash*By the Way, Bradford Road,*Lewes BN* *RD*Mob. *************Ref:- CUR***********I ordered and paid over the phone.*When the order details were emailed to me I noticed that the free standing Freezer I wanted had become an integrated freezer on the order. I phoned and pointed this out and I understood that the problem had been sorted.*The delivery (ref. **********) Sat. July **. brought the integrated fridge OK but the FREEZER was still the integrated Beko BZ**F which was not what we wanted.*The KnowHow team took the freezer back to their van. *There was no one to fit the Fridge. The team placed it in the cupboard plugged it in and arranged for a fitter to come the following Thursday. *A no-reply email came from Currys saying that an exchange re the FREEZER was not possible according to your policy with no explanation of what was the way forward to resolve the situation. So I phoned and cancelled the order for the Freezer. We still expected the fitter to come to install the fridge on the Thursday July**th pm but no one came.*We have paid for the installation and want to to know when this will be done????*Meanwhile I would like to know how the refund will be done and when.
