I purchased this lovely grill, but unfortunately, the first time I used the side burner, the lid closed on the sauté pan while I was grilling. The cover on the side burner got burnt, and on the second use, the hinge failed to keep it from closing while cooking. Apart from the burnt cover, this grill is worth every penny, even though it's now cosmetically not pleasing. I am looking to get a replacement side grill lid/cover so that I can use the side grill without it randomly closing while cooking.

Hello, I'm Shelly Kelly. I urgently need assistance regarding a coffee maker I purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond. It's defective and needs to be returned. I've tried everything, including cleaning, replacing filters, and following the manual instructions, but it still doesn't work. I paid $[redacted].00 for this machine and I'm very dissatisfied. I bought a Cuisinart 7 qt. Enamel-coated cast iron Dutch oven/casserole in July [redacted]. During my fourth use when browning ground beef, the enamel started coming off the bottom. I spoke with Lucy in Customer Service on Nov. 12, and she assured me a replacement pot would be sent in 5 to 7 business days. It's now Dec. 2, and I still have not received it. Today, I talked to Mia in Customer Service, who said she would expedite the shipping. I am extremely dissatisfied with Cuisinart’s customer service based on this experience.

I own an SS-10 coffee maker, model number [redacted], bought on October 26, [redacted]. It has been working flawlessly until today. The first cup brewed fine, but when I went for a second, the machine made a loud grinding/growling noise and then suddenly shut off! I've confirmed all the breakers are fine and even tried a different outlet, but it remains completely powerless. I've followed the owner's manual and recently descaled the coffee maker. I'm desperate to have it fixed before the holidays. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I need to know how long I have to wait on hold. I've waited for over 30 minutes twice and still haven't received help, just the same "your call is important" message. I need this sorted soon, or I will have to return the product. I bought two SmartStick hand blenders, one for me and one as a Christmas gift that's already wrapped. My blender has an issue with the whisk not snapping into the gearbox. I'm worried the one I gifted could have the same defect.

I recently got the Cuisinart Coffee Center for Christmas, and I absolutely love it. However, I have a question about the operation. I couldn't find in the instruction manual whether the power button should be left on continuously or just turned on when making coffee. Also, if I have it set to start brewing at 6 a.m., will it still work if the power button is off, or do I need to leave it on overnight for the auto brew function to operate correctly?

About a year ago, I purchased a slow cooker model MSC600 with serial number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the surface of the cooking insert has started to show signs of being nicked and rough. After contacting customer service previously, I was able to receive a replacement insert. However, within three months and using it only six times, I am experiencing the same issue again. I have attempted multiple times over the last five days to reach a customer service agent, waiting on hold for at least an hour each time with no response. I am considering buying a different unit, and I am concerned about whether I should continue purchasing from Cuisinart given this experience. I have always used wooden spoons and never metal utensils while cooking. If I do not receive a response by tomorrow, I will no longer choose Cuisinart products in the future due to this lack of customer service.

On January 6th, I contacted customer service about a faulty ss10 coffee maker. I was told there would be no charge for the return and replacement since I reside in California. I was unable to print the shipping label or bring the package to UPS, so the representative arranged for UPS to pick it up. However, when I received an email today with the shipping details, it requested payment information that was not provided to me earlier. This has delayed the return process, and I am currently on hold with customer service for more information. I am eager to send back the defective product to receive a new one promptly, as we are currently without a coffee maker.

I purchased a Cuisinart microwave model CMW-70 from Macy's. Upon opening it at home, I discovered the glass turntable was cracked. I contacted customer service on Saturday, 1/11/[redacted], but after waiting over 30 minutes on the phone with no response, I emailed customer care instead. I received two GetHuman emails prompting me to call customer service, but every time I called [redacted], the line was busy. By sending this email, I hope Cuisinart can address my issue by sending a replacement glass turntable to my address at [redacted] E. Wood Duck Circle, Fresno, CA [redacted]. Hello, I am experiencing issues with my pod side of the coffee maker. It either blows up the coffee pod or steams and overheats. Despite using white vinegar and cleaning the machine with various tools since July, the problem continues. The 12-ounce button only produces about 6 ounces of coffee, and I recently discovered water gushing out when lifting the reservoir, indicating a loose spring. My daughter gifted me this machine for Mother's Day, and unfortunately, I do not have the receipt. If a replacement could be provided, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mary F. I bought a double coffee maker in November [redacted], but I am very unhappy with it. The main issue is with the single coffee section - there is a mess of coffee grounds everywhere when I puncture the coffee cup, on top of and around the coffee pod, and inside the machine. This has been getting worse over time. I find this unacceptable. If a new coffee maker can perform better, I would like a replacement. If it has the same issues as this one, I will need more than just a replacement.

I bought a Cuisinart Coffee Center SS-15 from Bed Bath and Beyond in Danbury, CT. Each time we use the single-serve pod, it splatters all over the counter, floor, and the coffee maker. Despite my efforts to maintain the unit, I've had no luck in resolving the issue. I've contacted customer service multiple times without success. I believe there may be a defect in the unit, as this problem only started after a short period of use. I received cookware as a Christmas gift, and I have been experiencing issues with it ever since. Despite following all the instructions carefully, every time I use them, the food sticks to the surface. This cookware set was not inexpensive, and I was anticipating higher quality. I registered the cookware upon receiving it, but I am hesitant about getting a replacement that might have the same problem. I would prefer to request a full refund instead. Thank you.

I own a Cuisinart Toaster Oven AirFryer, Model TOA-60, with Serial Number [redacted]. I have been trying to reach customer service for over three days, waiting for over three hours on hold without any luck. The experience has been extremely frustrating. I am seeking information on how to clean the baking tray or potentially get a replacement. Despite always using foil on the tray, it has become impossible to clean, and I have attempted various methods without success. The tray is now in a state where it is dirty, slightly warped, and beyond cleaning. I would greatly appreciate getting a replacement tray or at least a response from the customer service team. I bought a Cuisinart 4H03 K-Cup machine less than a year ago. Recently, it has been exploding all the K-Cups when I use it. I have followed the cleaning instructions, checked both needles, and even cleaned it with vinegar and water multiple times. I tried poking a hole in the top of the K-Cup to release air, but the issue persists. I purchased it at William Sonoma.

I apologize for not having the model number or serial number information. Since purchasing them, I have moved 4 times and misplaced the original papers. My set of 4 pans has been used nearly 30 years, and they are exceptional with the iron interior that heats up quickly and retains heat well. I once had a pan that got heavily burned, and you graciously replaced it for me. Currently, I am facing a cleaning issue with the largest pan in the set. Due to the need for high humidity in my home, I have been simmering water in it for 12 hours a day for about a month. The interior now has a whitish, rough residue. How can I safely clean this off without causing damage to the finish? Thank you for your assistance. I think highly of your company. I also appreciate the coffee grinder and coffee maker. I apologize for not having the model number or serial number as I have moved multiple times since purchasing the set and lost the original papers. I have been using these 4 pans for nearly 30 years, and they are exceptional with their iron interior that heats up well and retains heat effectively. I previously had one pan replaced due to excessive burning, which you kindly assisted with. Currently, I am facing a cleaning issue with the largest pan in the set. Due to the need for high humidity in my home, I have been simmering water for 12 hours a day over a month. I have noticed some whitish, rough residue on the entire inside of the pan. I recently bought a replacement for my 14-cup programmable coffeemaker, which is the third one I have purchased because I love this product. I got it from Amazon, and I registered it last Friday using the text code. Unfortunately, the lid does not fit properly on the carafe. Thankfully, I had kept my old carafe and lid as a backup, which I had to use because the new lid wouldn't fit despite attempts by three different adults. I suspect there is a defect in this lid and kindly request a replacement. Thank you. - Cheri Youngblood

I recently purchased a Cuisinart Airfryer Toaster Oven Model TOA-60, but upon arrival, I discovered that the Airfryer basket and baking pan/drip tray were missing from the box. The box had not been opened, as the tape was still intact. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I needed to return it to the store I purchased it from, which is currently closed due to the pandemic. The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and refused to ship me the missing parts. I even offered to buy the parts separately, but the basket was out of stock. I am seeking a resolution to this issue. Thank you.
