Cuisinart did not respond to my email inquiry. It has been seven days so far...

Help with my Cuisinart issue

locate a replacement part ... I need a replacement FOOD PROCESSOR SMALL PUSHER. I have a DFP-** TX (Type **) that is about ** years old. There is another number imprinted on the lid of the workbowl: DLC-***BGTX if that is relevant. The serial number is not readable, but I have a picture. I am not sure which replacement part to order. Please advise via email.
I think they refused to answer my question because they want me to buy a whole new machine instead of just the replacement part.
I am no longer Cuisinart customer, and will not recommend Cuisinart to my friends, but I'm sure they don't care.
My food processor is ** years old and still going. However, since this dismal treatment by Cuisinart customer "service" my next Food Processor will be from a different manufacturer.
Unable to use the Get Human robot to get an actual human at Cuisinart, so I used the email form on the Cuisinart website. One week later I have still not had a response. Meh...I found the right part on Amazon and when the machine eventually dies...I'll buy a Breville.

I found the part on Amazon and was able to determine that it was correct based on the dimensions given. Cuisinart customer service has not yet responded to my inquiry.
