Hello*I waited on hold today for ** minutes and no one ever took my call. I have had the coffee plus CHW-** for over a year, The carafe had broken * times and you have replaced it for me. Unfortunately the coffee maker has completely stopped working properly. It just spills out everywhere now. I tried to take it back to bed bath and beyond today but they wouldn't take it back. Will you please replace it for me? I think it should last a lot longer than this. I would really appreciate it.*Thank you
