No HUMAN to talk to concerning this issue. Corporate avoiding all responsibility for it? Know what a pain in the neck it was to set this product up? No? I think someone does. I want to talk to a human being about the viability of the product by phone. Here is my number. I expect a response or you can respond to the better business bureau letter you will receive if the second replacement I get repeats this action. I got pictures to send the BBB. I took screenshot pics of this complaint as well* *** *** ****
