I purchased a large slow cooker awhile back at Williams & Sonoma. It is probably * years old. I have the receipt somewhere. I would like to know if I will need it to get a replacement insert? The insert was the interesting factor to me justifying the cost at Christmas for myself. I was very excited about the searing ability on the stovetop and insertion into the unit for slow cooking. There are only a few dishes that I make require an oversized unit. I honestly used this machine about * dozen times before the coating on the interior of the insert appeared to be bubbling. I’m sure you have heard this before and that there is a plan for the correction and exchange of the insert to customers. I would like to know what I should do to get this replacement sent to me.
