Hi! My husband got me a smart stick a couple weeks ago and I made the mistake of putting it away and throwing the box out right away. I plugged it in just now to make a shake an it’s not working! It’s brand new and I’m hoping you guys can help me out. He did buy it through amazon but I don’t have the box so I thought I should reach out to you first. Also, my husband will be upset when he hears I threw the box away without trying it first. **Thank you!
