Help with my Cuisinart.com issue

I have * blenders that are Smart Power * speed electronic.... SPB * series. Both failed because the piece at the bottom of the jar won’t turn in either on. This has been a problem for a while and I decided to ask about it and if it was a defect. I always care for and clean my appliances.... most of which are Cuisinart.
GetHuman-camreit did not yet indicate what Cuisinart.com should do to make this right.
