I bought a cuisinart coffee center in Dec **** from aBestBuy store in Tulsa*OK. I registered it according to instruction and Cuisinart confirmed for a set of knives. I e-mailed back immideately that it was NOT a knife set but a coffee center. The k cup side stopped working almost immediately. When the pod is punctured, the coffee grounds come out at the top because the puncture is way too big. I cleaned the system several times to no avail. What can I do?
GetHuman-snoopyru did not yet indicate what Cuisinart.com should do to make this right.
