I purchased my *rd Cub Cadet, an XT*, in Sept ****, and have returned it to the dealership * times with numerous problems which, luckily, are still under warranty. I tried calling Cub Cadet Customer Service, waited on the line ** minutes and have not talked to a human being. Fat chance I will every buy another Cub Cadet unless these problems are solve QUICKLY!*The following is a list of my problems, my dealer is aware of them, however, the inconvenience it is causing me is very frustrating during the height of grass cutting season in PA:*New fuel pump & battery both replaced with in ** months.*Cam shaft went bad with in ** hours so they replaced the engine.*Now the Electronic Power steering is not working (** hrs), and this has not be resolved.*I have made six, *and a half round trips to the dealer which eats up my times PLUS I have to trailer it to and from the dealer, just doesn't seem right.
Is there a Lenmon Law with garden tractors, if so, cub Cadet XT* needs to be replaced
This is the third Cub Cadet I have owned and never had any problems before.
