I have a back order and wondered how long before I receive the missing piece. Plus, I though I was receiving a set of (*) gl***es in the order not (*) for a total of (*). However, I must say the flute is beautiful! But I would have purchased one of my collection pieces if I had realized I wasn't getting a set of (*) for that price. I collect Lismore. My order * is ******
I trust that Crystalclassics.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.

I called Customer Service, they explained my order was not a (back order) but a discontinued issue. I was offered a credit. I asked the ***ociate about the return of the item I received, still awaiting the reply.
