Greetings! I am a long-time Crystal Light fan who recently tried the Crystal Light Pure Tropical Blend. While I appreciated the Kosher aspect, I was surprised by the sugar content, making it unsuitable for me. I accidentally opened and transferred the packets, preventing a return. Is there an option to exchange them directly for the original Crystal Light? I don't want to waste them and am happy to pass them on. Any chance of receiving credits for a more suitable purchase? I regret not checking the ingredients sooner and apologize for the oversight regarding the sugar addition. Thank you for considering my request for flexibility.

I want to share my positive experience with Crystal Light Pure Energy strawberry lemonade and tropical flavors. Being allergic to aspartame, I was thrilled to find a product that is aspartame-free. It has become a great addition to my mornings, helping me with my daily routine and workouts. I appreciate that Crystal Light offers a delicious option without aspartame. I even shared my satisfaction on my personal Facebook page. Additionally, I was able to convince my husband, who has been consuming energy drinks for years, to switch to this product, and he loves it too. Thank you for this wonderful product. Subject: Quality Concern with Crystal Light To-Go Sticks Dear Sir or Madam, I am Daniel Owens and have been a dedicated Crystal Light customer since childhood, enjoying a pitcher of your tea at all times. The introduction of the convenient to-go sticks was a highlight for me. Regrettably, I have encountered an issue with your product recently. Despite our weekly purchase of 6 boxes from our local Kroger, we have encountered 9 boxes containing an unwanted peach flavor mixed with the regular blend. While I appreciate your tea, the peach infusion is not to my liking. Initially, I overlooked this in a few boxes, but with 9 affected boxes, I believe there may be a manufacturing error. This situation has resulted in wastage and financial loss. I kindly request a refund or replacement of the 9 boxes to rectify this matter. It may sound silly, but the taste of water from a garden hose brings about nostalgic childhood memories, especially on hot days. This unique flavor could offer a new twist and competition for traditional flavors like lemonade. I want to take a moment to give a compliment. I underwent weight loss surgery about 11 months ago, and ever since, I've relied on your products for my hydration needs. Yesterday, I went to Walmart and purchased around 15 boxes. My doctor recommended drinking Crystal Light, Powerade Zero, or Gatorade Zero exclusively, and that's where your products come in. When I opened one of the boxes at home, I found that the individual packets were all stuck to the bottom, making it difficult for me to enjoy my drink. I opened another box and encountered the same issue. I didn't want to risk finding all the boxes in the same condition, which left me feeling upset and on the verge of tears. All I wanted was to have my drink as usual.

I recently bought a significant amount of Crystal Light Peach Tea, as we go through roughly a gallon daily. However, I was shocked to open a new container and find only two sealed packets, along with one opened packet that had spilled its contents. Typically, your products contain six packets per container. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention, as it was quite surprising. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Nancy S. P.S. I have encountered this issue multiple times in the past. Over the last six years, I've been buying Crystal Light lemon-lime drink mixes, but on at least 10 occasions, I've found packets inside that were open, not sealed correctly. Recently, I even found a packet that was sealed well but completely empty. This is unacceptable, and I believe something should be done about it. I have purchased lemon-lime mixes from cheaper brands without facing similar problems, so I am contemplating switching. I've been loyal to your brand, paying a premium price, and I expect to receive products that meet the quality standards I am paying for. I would appreciate a phone call instead of an email as I do not frequently check my email. Kim T.

My family loves Crystal Light, especially the Concord Grape flavor. We go through about 3 gallons a week, so it's a must-have in our home. Recently, I bought the "6 pouch containers" and found that some only had 4 pouches. This has happened a few times already, and it's disappointing to miss out on that extra gallon. This impacts the product's price point, which is hard during tough economic times. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Thank you for listening, and Happy Holidays.
