The issue in GetHuman-mailneha's own words
The staff at parramatta gym was very aggressive when i went to pay my fees as I received a failed debit notice. The debit usually occurs every second Friday which is what i expected and had enough funds to pay my membership fee. However, there was management fees charged which cancelled the entire debit. I got the notification following Tuesday about my failed debit. I wasn’t aware of that until then and when i went to pay off the fees on Wednesday they charged me with a late fee from Friday to Tuesday. When i tried to explain how I wasn’t liable for the late fees, i was aggressively told off. They staff would let me complete my sentences and cut me off very rudely every single time. Very unhappy with the service and the behaviour of the parramatta gym staff is unacceptable! Do better crunch!
