Hi, *My name is Silen stephen and I am very disappointed with the service I received at the cruch fitness gym located in Stratford,ON, Canada. I had a problem with my billing and the staff at gym couldnot resolve this issue.**In the month of june, i closed my credit card linked with my gym account. On june ** i paid an NSF fee and I updated my new credit card detail with the gym. After that, in months of July and August my payments were not being directly charged from the bank. I had to manually pay this by swiping my card at the gum. The staff at gym said that it was an error in their system so there is no NSF fee. Now in September they are asking me $** including * NSF fees. After details inspection i found that the staff on duty in ** june didnot update my new card and that gym had been trying to get payments from my closed card. **I talked to Asst. Manager at branch, and she says they have no proof that i updated my new credit card information. How am I supposed to provide proof of updating my information at the gym?! Staff on duty clearly didn’t do their job or am i insane enough to pay an NSF fee because of my closed credit card and not update the new card just to enjoy paying the NSF fee in the comming next months!? **I am not willing to pay the NSF fee for a fault of your staff not updating my credit card. I also want to know why the gym ischarging me * months of NSF while nothing was told to me when i manually paid my fee in August.
