Tried calling and speaking with Vista, CA management about a wrong charge. Spoke with Josh, then his manager. My account was frozen, and I didn’t sign anything stating I’d be automatically billed after the complimentary first * months free. I have email copies, also no where in my agreement does it say anything about auto billing after freezing. They called yesterday because they had the wrong billing info because I recently had fraud on my account. I gave them the new info expecting them to deduct my freeze fee’s and instead they said I owed $**.**. I’d like to pay the (frozen charges) I owe for the months I missed then cancel. I was treated horribly by the vista location and was laughed at on the phone. I’d like this to be handled corporately because I cannot go back to that location.
