Help with my Crunch Gym issue

I signed up for training sessions in late May. I quickly realized that it might not be the best time for me to commit to something like this because of school, work, and have been in the process of moving to another state. So I cancelled my training membership according to the * day cancellation, mailing in a formal letter of my cancellation to the address provided in the contract. I never received a confirmation or a call from anyone at the gym, a week or so later I was charged again for the training sessions ($***). So i called the gym and asked who I could speak to that could help me with the issue. The person on the phone told me that no one was there at the time that could help me, but that he would make a note and someone would call me back. Two days later no calls back. So I sent an email to the manager (found on the website) and waited for a response and nothing. So a few days later I called again, they told me I emailed the wrong person and gave me a different email. So i emailed the fitness director at the email given, and did end up getting a response. He told me there was nothing he could do because his manager was out due to an injury. I was charged another ($***) so I called again, this time i was speaking to a manager but told me to come in the next day to talk to him in person, so I did, he was out for the rest of the day (even though i was there at a time he said he would be there). So i ended up speaking with the fitness director who was no help over email, he told me he would call “them” tonight and get it taken care of but to email him and remind him to do so. I emailed him as soon as i left the gym. He told me that they may not get back to him until the following Monday. Monday I emailed him about recieving an email back, and got no reply from him. It’s now been over two weeks and I was charged again. I would like this to be over, because I have been dealing with this situation for over a month now, and have been charged $*** that needs to be refunded.
