In regards to club * ****, I signed an agreement on **-**-**. The gym has yet to have its grand opening, in fact, I walked by yesterday and the building is still in demolition mode before construction. To be clear, the gym has not yet opened its doors for business yet I was charged the monthly membership amount of $*.** on June **, ****. I have called to speak with the billing department at ***-***-**** but I was told I could not be helped because club * **** is a franchise. The problem is that club * **** phone number does not respond. Their phone number is ***-***-****. If there is no gym equipment to be used, why am I being charged?
