Mrs Chong,*****Taman Perling MaAlysia**th February *****CROCS Malaysia .G** Jalan PJU ***, ***** Petaling Jaya*Complaint for Bad Service*Dear Management in charge,*I have been a loyal customer of “Crocs ” your stores for the past few years, I*have time and again received great Service at your shop “Crocs“which is one*of the main reasons I shop at your store. But to my surprise, on the date of *th*February ****, I was at the receiving end of some very poor service at your*shop Johor Bahru AEON Bukit indah ! And staff attitude was very rude! It really*disappointed on this kind of service!*On the said date, I was with my family do shopping for Chinese Year. The staff*didn’t attend serve us. So I saw the Shoe was place in the high level position I*can’t take it . Due to nobody to serve so I try to get the shoes from the*position. Unfortunately your staff saw me and talk to us very bad manner and*scold us in front of other customers ! She was give the comment that the shoe*got no size for me. So I really **** off for her behavior! As a customer we*deserve better service and respectful service. Because of this happens we*decided not to support your again! ***% no manner service is not acceptable!*I paid for service and service but your staff was not helping and don’t know*what they do! Without a service in that situation then I need to help myself with*this issues! Your staff don’t care about it just showing me the anger. Please*send her for customer service training to teach her how to respect people! I*feel insulting for that. The malay staff was standing at there. who was wearing*the black jacket.*When I try to snap a photo of her , she was turning her back to me and don’t*even bother! she would do it in * minutes, and resumed her conversation with*other people . After she started with her work and did it very slowly. she talked*to me very rudely, and told me that no more size for me ! did not like the*service , I could take my business elsewhere.*I was appalled at such behaviour, and have a good mind to take my business*elsewhere as suggested.I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure*such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known to provide*good services, and such tarnish the company name, so please address this*issue soon.Thank you for your co-operation.*which will help you to avoid common mistakes!*This kind of attitude it was not right. It was terribly made and worst service!.*When I told my friends about this issues they was surprised a shop assistant*was very rude to me ! Spoiled my mood by her!*I also want an official apology from her plus an explanation of why I was*treated so badly. I will blacklist your shop. Without any explanation I will take*further action. And also will post in Facebook and friends to tell them what is*going on.*And I write in to Mr Andrew Rees President, CEO and Director.*Thank you for your attention. Sorry to bring this matter up.
