Return three pair of men's crocs back, because it wasnt what i ordered. I ordered two pair of ladies crocs. Still haven't gotten my actual order NOR a refund. And I sent them back at MY time, gas money, and expense. ... I was sent the wrong order. I ordered * pair of ladies crocs, but received * pair of men's crocs. I sent them back via UPS drop box WITH the RMA return label you emailed me. There was no shipping receipt or paperwork of any kind with the crocs I was sent. I've called and emailed several times. Was told there was nothing you could do because you have no confirmation that the items i sent back are at the warehouse. So, I'm out the money I paid for my actual order, plus, I HAVE NO CROCS! I can't make anyone understand that I did not receive NOR return MY ordered crocs!! I sent back an order of * pair of men's crocs...which I DID NOT ORDER! Maybe the customer who did order them, has my crocs! You mixed up our orders. Who knows! But I told your sales rep... I had ankle*foot surgery recently and crocs are the only shoes I can tolerate right now. And here I am... Still with no shoes and out $** bucks!
That I NEVER received my shoes! There wasn't even a shipping label in the wrong order they sent me. So online return shows I'm sending my two pair back... But its not! Its three pair mens shoes they sent me. THATS WHAT I SENT BACK. THAT WAS NOT MY ORDER.
Send me my shoes! And check your **** warehouse in Florida. There are * pair mens crocs sent back with a label they emailed me.. But the RMA number shows the * pair, I actually ordered, as the returned items. Because I couldnt make them understand that i never got mine. So i had to send this wrong order back with that label. Had no choice.
