I have been with cricket for ** years. Anytime I needed do help or answers regarding my phone they have always been help. So I go to cricket wireless to get a new phone case for my new cricket phone I just purchased. Unfortunately they did not have one so I asked about a screen protector. I asked about the nano he had in stock inquiring if it was the one I saw that guaranteed your phone screen for all life stating if u break it we will replace it. And he said no this only was good for a year. So I paid the ****. Went home and registered it as he instructed. * weeks later I have a cracked screen. I contact company to find they only will send me a new screen protectir and only if I pay them **.**. For shipping. Either this employee mislead me to make a sale or he was not the professional I thought your company demands. But either way I am now put **** dollars for a phone and **.** for a worthless screen protector. Because I trust d in the name Cricket wireless. I will be looking to take my business to a company I can trust and thought someone should know why wheher they cared or not. I am highly disappointed.
