Phone has not worked right since joined cricket, crickets internet service isn't working, period! unlocked, new, LGC*** expression, compatible w*cricket, (verified before purchasing), managers. reps, tech support, supervisors, & store, all can't figure it out! * weeks now not fixed, and they refuse to honor the new customer deal, (choose one of the FREE phones) offered for customers who port their number which I did, * week prior to problem, but no one will authorize this period! DISABLED W*URGENT NEED FOR RELIABLE PHONE . Assurance Wireless*Lifeline sent me a phone but the model (* sent), wouldn't work properly& finally a manager was honest & admitted that this model ANS was deficient & there is no other options at this time in CA, they refused to replace the phone w*one of the phones for purchase on website, unless I paid for one which defeats the purpose of Lifeline! To date: payed cricket $** for unlimited talk, txt, w** Gs data, $** purchase of phone, (after checking compatibility)! Cricket wireless*Assurance wireless both screwed me! I AM DISABLEDF W*URGENT NEED FOR CONTACT W*OUTSIDE WORLD I told them this also! PLEASE ME!
