I purchased * phones and service approx * months ago and when i purchased them i asked and was told both phones would have hotspot so that inspired me more to go ahead with the purchase. So about week * assuming i had hotspot service i tried to use it and it would not work a message popped up and i went to cricket store where i bought phones and inquired about the hotspot there anwser was because the sales person who sold me the phones and told me they had hotspot did not work there anymore i would havr to pay for this feature. I have went in to location spoke to manager numerious times and it has not been resolved this lady had a cricket shirt on she assured me hotspot came with the service and i dont think its fair or right i would have to pay more for the service thay was suppose to already been paid for the day i bought both phones. Im hopeing it would be added and not charged because that is what was promised by a cricket employee
