I am trying to pay the second half of my phone bill bridgepay ... I need to pay my bill within ** minutes and I cannot because you're updating your system. I am sitting here with a credit card as I had to get it loaded to pay you and I don't know what to do
You sent me a text and it needed to be paid by midnight and I am doing my part that you are not there to take my payment
I do not want to see my phone turned off and allowed to pay my bill
