My father just got a new cricket phone. He is disabled and knows minimum about use of high speed data. His bank account has been charged with six additional gb of high speed data and he did not make the change to his account features. The information of his debit card was saved on the my cricket app from the last phone. Somehow switching phones has made these additional charges and if they are not reimbursed or credited toward his next payment of a bill he is going to switch phone services. He has been a loyal customer to cricket for years and is hoping to see this mistake taken care of and fixed by a company he considers to be honest. Please fix this.
