Purchased my phone in Feburary **** it's a Samsung Halo I have an insurance plan for $* a month this is the *nd phone I purchased since be coming a cricket wireless customer and it has issues I was curious to know if I had a refurbished phone so I typed in the keys words and found a demo on how to do the test on my phone there are ** steps to the test and guess what once I got to step *** the touch test where you're suppose to color a bright green border around the screen without drawing a line it drew a line and froze up my phone I had to restart the phone and continue the test at step*** it continued to malfunction on step*** and *** had yo restart phone again I paid for a NEW PHONE the sales associate brought it to me in a BRIGHT GREEN and it had all the accessories like it was BRAND NEW no scuffs or scratches looked NEW but I'm doubting it very much I want this resolved (fixed or a new phone ) the sales associate will run the refurbish test before i leave the store) and if it isn't resolved, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB
