In january I started with Cricket and the salesgirl talked me into auto-pay and said that my bill would be taken out of my account on the *rd of every month well my first bill which would have been in February they took it out * days early I was going to cancel the service in the first place before the third because I was very unhappy with the service well when I noticed that I have been charged on the first it put my bank account into the negative and I was charged a overdraft fee and when I called to talk to them about it and cancel my service he was very rude the gentleman was very rude his name was George and he told me that I have to take it up with my bank that he could not reverse the transaction could not credit my account because it was auto pay now I've been waiting for over a month for somebody to call me back and to be honest I'm getting a little irritated I've done nothing but get the runaround and so I have now spoke with the Better Business Bureau and I told them I was going to give you one last chance to credit my account $** I should charge you the overdraft fee to which $** and see if that would take care of it or if I was going to have to go further so if you could please Rectify this problem and credit my account my namei is Donnia Holson*Which is the name that I had on my account with Cricket I do not know my account number and the phone number was *** *** * * * * that is one of the numbers that is the main number on that account that was there so if you could please Rectify my problem here and notify me via my email I would greatly appreciate it thank you very much for your cooperation
