I set up my savings account with Credit Karma to automatically deposit $[redacted] each month starting in February. The deposit for this month occurred prematurely, which led to an overdraft in my bank account. To resolve this issue, I kindly request to have the $[redacted] refunded back into my bank account. Additionally, I would appreciate it if Credit Karma could send an email to my bank explaining the error on their part. This will prevent further charges from occurring and allow me to maintain my savings account with Credit Karma. You can reach me at [redacted]

I am facing an issue with accessing my Credit Karma account. I no longer have access to the email linked to my account and cannot recall my password. I opted to create a new account with a different email address but now, I am experiencing trouble verifying my identity. Although I am confident that my information is accurate, the system indicates a discrepancy with what collections agencies have on file. Interestingly, I was able to log in with my name displayed, suggesting a successful account setup. However, upon logging out and attempting to log back in, the system fails to recognize my new email address and keeps referring to my old one that was supposed to be replaced. This situation has trapped me in a frustrating cycle of creating and replacing accounts.

I have attempted four times in the past few days to open a savings account with your company, and every time I encounter the message: "Sorry about that! We hit a snag on our side. Please try again. If refreshing doesn’t fix the problem, try again later or contact our member support team." Despite reaching out to the "Member Support" team as instructed in the error message, they have been unhelpful and unable to provide a solution. They provided me with a case number: Case #[redacted]0. I demand clarification on why I am unable to proceed with opening a savings account. The responses from the member service team have been unsatisfactory and lack clarity. This level of customer service is unacceptable, as highlighted by the email exchange where they fail to offer a concrete explanation for the issue.

I have concerns about the personal information stored in my Credit Karma account. My main worry is the possibility of identity theft using my information without authorization. The email address listed in my account, [redacted], is unfamiliar to me. Even after attempting to recover it, I found no records of it linked to my name in Gmail. Due to this discrepancy, I can't determine who might have created a Credit Karma account using my details without my consent. As a result, I'm unable to sign up for Credit Karma myself. This situation is unfair and distressing to me. Thank you, Johnson C. (email: [redacted])

I'm having trouble accessing my account while trying to file my taxes. When I clicked on the "File For Free" link, I received a "Validation Failed" message. Following the instructions, I clicked on "Click Here To Get Started" and went through the steps to verify my identity by submitting photos of the front and back of my state-issued ID. Despite this, I am still unable to access my account and complete filing my tax return.

I am requesting the removal of the installment loan that is listed on my credit report. The alarm company involved was Radiance Installment Loans, which tried to scam me. They unlawfully changed my bank account information, drained my funds, and even altered my phone company details, causing significant distress. I managed to transfer a small amount before the majority was taken. Please remove the installment loan from my credit report as Radiance Installment Loans operates deceptively and is untraceable. I have not made any payments to them. My name is Tamara Biermann. I can provide bank statements as evidence of these events. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

I am a senior citizen and I have no intention of attending school. Someone is using hard copies of my credit report to apply for school, which is fraudulent. I want this unauthorized activity to stop immediately. Additionally, there is an inquiry related to a bank, but I am not seeking a loan and I did not authorize it. I would like more details about the entities that made these inquiries so I can contact them promptly.

Hello, I have an automated $30 deposit scheduled for my savings account on the 17th of each month, withdrawn from my Bank of America account. I am contacting you today because there are 4 $30 transactions on my Bank of America account for this month (January 17, [redacted]) instead of the usual single monthly deposit. However, my Credit Karma savings account only shows the regular monthly transaction, not the additional 4 transactions in my Bank of America account. I have already contacted Bank of America, but they were unable to stop the transactions as they are already in progress. I wanted to check if there is any issue from your end that could have caused these multiple withdrawals. Thank you for addressing this promptly. Have a great day! Best regards, L. Grady

After reviewing my checking account today, I noticed several duplicate transfers affecting my balance. Upon contacting the bank, they verified these transactions. The duplicates occurred on 22JAN, including 4 transfers of $5 each on Friday, 4 transfers of $18 on the 18th, 3 transfers of $19 on the 19th, and 2 transfers of $20 on the 20th. I urgently need these rectified to avoid further impact on my account. I anticipate a prompt explanation on the cause of these errors, the method to prevent future occurrences, and a call to discuss this matter further. Please contact me at [redacted].

I completed the personal information page with my name, address, and date of birth, but upon clicking next, I received a message saying I didn't exist. I double-checked my details and tried again, only to encounter the same issue. Eventually, I received a message with an upside-down ice cream cone indicating trouble accessing my Credit Karma account. Despite multiple attempts and explanations on the site, I didn't receive a response. GetHuman reached out later, and even after explaining my problem, the issue persisted. Credit Karma sent emails prompting to complete my registration, but each time I tried, I ended up back at the error page. After almost two weeks of trying, I'm still facing the same issue, and even the Help Center spinner icon keeps spinning without any resolution.

I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my online account because I answered one security question incorrectly. Additionally, I am unable to verify my identity by submitting a picture of my license as it is not sending properly. Contacting customer service for assistance has proven challenging as there are limited options available. I am now relying on my family's online service to reach out to you and retrieve my credit score, which is urgently needed for securing new housing in compliance with the closing of my current residence. Unfortunately, being 67 years old has made it hard for me to remember details quickly, leading to the mistake. My lack of technical skills prevents me from rectifying this issue or verifying my identity, causing further complications. I am unable to seek help via phone support, adding to the frustration. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this challenging situation. Thank you, W. McDonald

I need to access my tax refund from last year, but I am having trouble with Credit Karma's app and website. When I log on, all I see is a blank white page in the tax section. I followed their instructions, but nothing is loading for me to access the documents. I contacted customer service, and after 2 days, I received a brief response with a link that just led to the same blank page. I replied explaining my issue, but haven't heard back since Thursday. I have been trying to access these forms for weeks, and the problem persists.

I am having difficulty closing my CreditKarma Savings Account as I am unable to log in to withdraw the funds. Despite receiving a password code on my phone, I am stuck in a login loop. Although I managed to reset my password using the code, I am still unable to access my account. Consequently, I have ceased making deposits but am now facing the challenge of withdrawing the existing funds from my account.

I am seeking clarification on why my credit score dropped significantly by around 70 points after diligently paying off my credit card balances. I had been aiming to improve my credit to apply for an equity loan for home repairs. It appears that the process of credit reporting and monitoring may work against you when paying off debts, which is discouraging when trying to enhance your creditworthiness. It seems counterintuitive that being responsible and settling debts promptly could have a negative impact on one's credit score. I would appreciate a professional explaining this situation to me and shedding some light on this perplexing issue. Please contact me through email at [redacted] or by phone at ([redacted])-[redacted]. Your insights would be greatly valued.
