This is my second attempt to reach out to you. I visited your website to check my credit score, but I was unexpectedly guided to open a savings account. Could you please cancel the savings account submission and provide me with the correct link to access my credit score? I attempted to email you, but encountered issues due to an incorrect email address. I would greatly appreciate your prompt reply. My son, M, holds a high position at a prominent bank, and he advised me to check my credit score. I hope to resolve this without bothering him further. Thank you for your assistance.

I've been struggling to access my account that I've had for over ten years. Despite changing my password as advised, I still cannot log in. Although I received an email confirming the password change, I remain locked out. Unfortunately, there's no customer service phone number available for assistance. Moreover, in an attempt to close my account, I discovered that one must first log in to do so. It seems I'm caught in a frustrating cycle. Sincerely, Dr. J

I noticed that my credit score dropped by 19 points, but there have been no changes to my credit report. When I review the details for any alterations, it indicates that there are none at the moment. I am puzzled about why my score decreased. All my bills are consistently paid on time every month, and nothing has changed on my part. I am confident that there may have been an error on your end. I kindly request that this matter be resolved promptly. I am eagerly awaiting a response at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I am trying to create a new account, but I keep receiving a message saying that I already have an existing account. It seems that when I initially set up the account, I mistakenly entered my email address incorrectly. Unfortunately, I do not remember the password I used and I am unable to receive a password reset link to my correct email address. Even when I try to create a new account, I encounter the same issue of being told that I already have one. While I receive emails from Credit Karma on two separate email addresses, I only recall registering one. I am hoping to successfully create an account using the accurate email address.

I attempted to contact Credit Karma through their app's "Help" tab as I was unable to find a customer support number. I provided detailed information in my message to explain my issue but was unable to submit it as the submit button was unresponsive. My problem pertains to linking my bank account to my Credit Karma savings account. Currently, there is a $20,[redacted] drawing promotion where a deposit into the savings account serves as an entry, but I am unable to link my account to make a deposit. I have been attempting to link my account for more than a month now.

I entered my information several times without realizing my birth year was incorrect. After my divorce, my credit report listed my ex's Pennsylvania address as mine because a credit card for me was sent there. I visited that address, thinking it might be the issue. Now I am confused and unable to access my account. I have attempted to correct this issue multiple times, but I am struggling. I need assistance as I am not proficient with computers. Additionally, while trying to input information for my son, who does not have a credit card, the system does not allow me to proceed. Can someone please assist me with these issues?

I am currently having trouble setting up my account. The application is requesting that I upload pictures of my ID for verification. However, even though I have taken multiple clear pictures of the front and back of my ID, the system is unable to verify them. This has been an ongoing issue despite numerous attempts. I have successfully registered an account, but now I am facing login errors indicating incomplete information with no option to verify my identity, reset my password, or access my account. I am seeking a solution to this problem to regain access to my account which I was unable to do upon initial setup.

I recently applied for a loan jointly with someone who has a good credit score. My TransUnion score was [redacted] and my Experian score was [redacted] as of November 23rd. However, the loan provider never contacted me. When I reached out to them, they mentioned a bankruptcy on my record, which is not accurate. I confirmed with my credit union that there is no record of a loan application or bankruptcy. Now, my credit score has dropped to [redacted], and I'm worried about applying for a loan again. Can anyone advise me on how to address these discrepancies and improve my credit score without risking further damage?

I recently got a pre-qualification email from OPP Loans, which was suggested on Credit Karma. After applying, my credit score dropped when I was denied. Following this, I received another email about an adverse reaction asking me to accept an offer. This led me to start a new application for the same loan I was previously denied. This is now my second application and second denial. I have attached the emails I received regarding all the offers, and I am worried they may be fraudulent or have a negative impact on my credit score.

The other day, when I checked my credit score, I noticed that it had my renter my social security card info, which raised concerns. I assumed it was for identity verification since I hadn't used the app recently. However, I received an email congratulating me on opening a new savings account, which I don't recall doing. Is there a way to verify if the account was indeed created and cancel it if it was mistakenly opened?

I am concerned that my account may have been compromised. I received two emails this morning, one at 2:21 AM stating my credit score had increased by 16 points, and the second at 5:55 AM mentioning changes had been made. I have not authorized any changes! When I attempted to log in around 6 AM, my email was not recognized, which is unusual for me. I urgently need access to my account to review the recent changes and reset my password. Best regards, M. Hinds

I discovered someone created a Credit Karma account using my name without my permission. I intended to sign up for Credit Karma myself, but my account was already set up. I suspect it could be someone familiar with my social security number planning to misuse my identity. Today, when I checked Credit Karma to monitor any fraudulent activities, I found that my name is already linked to an account.

I noticed a hard inquiry on my report dated January 31, [redacted] from SYNCB (National Credit Cards/Airlines) in Orlando, Florida. When I contacted SYNCB, they said it was a system glitch on their end and suggested I reach out to Credit Karma to rectify the issue on my report. As this issue seems to be present only on my records with Credit Karma, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I recently received an alert from Credit Karma about new activity on my account regarding a Virgin Money card ending in [redacted] on 3/12/19. However, I don't recall having a card with that ending, as my most recent card has a different ending and is the one I've been using. I reached out to Virgin Money, but they have no record of a card ending in [redacted]. I need assistance in determining whether this is a mistake or if someone else is using a card under my name.

Hello, my name is Nancy. I am having trouble accessing my account as it seems someone, potentially my ex-boyfriend Alfred Guerrero, has created an account without my consent. The email linked to the unauthorized account is not one I recognize. I needed to check my credit score for a house purchase. The email connected to my account is [redacted]

I recently checked my Equifax report on December 6, [redacted], and noticed that four creditors updated it, resulting in a positive change but a 50-point decrease in my Equifax score. These four accounts are closed, and I haven't made any payments on them for many years. Despite this, they inaccurately reported late payments from [redacted] days to [redacted] days. When I contacted Equifax, they couldn't see the same information about those four creditors that Credit Karma displayed. I've requested Equifax to communicate with these creditors to remove those accounts from my report.

I recently got a notification about my credit score decreasing by 65 points on TransUnion due to an account closure reported by Psecu. However, this information is inaccurate. I tried reaching out to TransUnion via phone but couldn't get through. I'm confused as I had a recent discussion with Psecu, and this closure wasn't mentioned. I feel angry and frustrated as I have been proactive, yet I'm not getting any clarification. How should I proceed with resolving this issue?

I recently got an alert from Credit Karma about a new address on my credit report. The alert included a link to verify the address. However, I am unable to find any option on the Credit Karma App or website to verify or dispute this address. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with more details about the new address, so I can confirm it and take necessary steps to secure my accounts if there is any suspicion of identity theft. Thank you, K. Briley

I accidentally broke my phone and couldn't recall my email address, so I created a new one. Now that I have a new phone, I tried to log into the Credit Karma app, but I couldn't remember my password. Unfortunately, I am now locked out of my original email account associated with the app. As a result, I am completely locked out of the Credit Karma app, and it's indicating suspicious activity. I would like to update my email on Credit Karma to my new one, but I can't access it to make the change.

There's a lot to describe, but some of these credit cards don't belong to me. Furthermore, when I looked into my account, a name, Cassandra Rae Steffy, appeared, which is not mine. Yesterday, I requested help logging in because I had trouble verifying myself. It seems someone mistakenly mixed someone else's credit information with mine. I need this resolved quickly as I'm trying to buy a vehicle. Please email me at [redacted] My name is Cassandra Aguilar (formerly Gonzalez).
