Hi, **Yesterday, I received an email from credit karma, notifying me that my account has been accessed from another computer. Obviously, I was not the one. So I immediately changed my password. However, I wanted to find out the details of this unauthorized access. So I emailed credit karma to provide me with further details, I wanted to know the city and location from where this unauthorized access took place. A credit Karma support rep sent me a response saying that he can not help and would not provide any further details. This email left me dumbfounded. As a credit karma user, I think I have the right to know the full details of what happened if my account was accessed without my permission. **I will appreciate if there is anything you can do to help me resolve this issue.
