I made a purchase and had a credit card offer from the store. When checking my credit score they use Equfax and my score is frozen. I have been attempting to contact Equifax for two hours by internet as well as phone without success. The promo from the store would save me $*** and I will loose that money if I cannot get Equfax to lift the freeze on my score.

I honestly spent hours attempting to contact Equifax before speaking to a real person. I then returned to the store to claim my rewards of a hundred plus dollars, but because of an earlier attempt that failed because of a locked credit, the credit card company advised I would be notified by mail within ** days. Obviously my opportunity for cash back was gone. Equifax is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with, I have withdrawn my participation in Credit Karma because of Equifax
