Hello I am trying to help my daughter look at her account. We’ve used the forgot email procedure and were given an email on file by Credit Karma. When we log in with that email we get an error message saying that the email Credit Karma told us to use was not the correct a email when we tried to log in to the account. We also tried to change the password as she doesn’t know which one is on file at this point.*My daughter sent an email explaining this and was not given much help by the representative who contacted her back through email. *She needs to know what steps to take to get her account in viewing order.*How does one go about correcting this if what you refer to is her email address and it won’t work? Can someone check her email on file and or fix the issue. If. It can you please help her get this resolved. I have added her email address so you can email her and resolve this issue. Thank you
