I am trying to lodge a "dispute" complaint (there is an Amex account opened for me one year and one month BEFORE I WAS BORN) but the "dispute tool" is not working. Say's "just a moment we are loading the reasons..." and then times out and says: **It looks like we've hit a temporary snag. Please try refreshing the page. If that fails, try submitting your request again later. If the problem continues, feel free to get in touch with our member support team. **...the link to "member support team" just redirects you to the Help Center which is basically a giant FAQ list which does not help me fix the tech issue.**On a personal note, could you please lodge this comment: There is no easily find-able "contact us*chat*email*etc" link on your site, unless I am blind. After ** minutes of fruitlessly trying to find your contact you options (especially in the Help Center) I finally just looked up Credit Karma on "GetHuman.com" and instantly found this page. It is ridiculous that you need to go through a third party to contact your company for a tech support issue... especially regarding something as important as your CREDIT REPORT. As a consumer I'm pretty irritated (no offense to you individual tech support guys.) --If Chewy.com can give you instant chat I certainly think your giant, important company could handle it.**Anyhow. Back to my "dispute" error. ...Just so you know, I tried doing it in Chrome, Edge... refreshed the page, closed and opened the window, went in fresh through a new login into my account. Damned thing just didn't work for me. Can you please lodge my dispute manually for me? Thank you!
