You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Charged late fee after discussing issue with Credit one Bank agent informing her that I was unable to pay bill online on date needed due to being greyed out. I was informed that there would not be a charge. We received our bill and there is a $** late fee. Unacceptable. Please remove this fee due to being informed that there wouldn't be one charged.**Matt Greegor
