Made an online payment of $*** at approximately *:** PM mountain time. Your website states that payments must be made by *:** PM Pacific time to avoid late payments. My payment was made at *:** PM Pacific. I need that late fee you charge for it to be taken off immediately. I specifically put an alert in my phone to let me know ahead of time when to make the payment. Why did you hit me with the late fee? That has never happened before. I have made other payments before *:** PM mountain and never had this happen. Please repair this ASAP.
