You sent me a text telling me that the payment I scheduled five days ago is now past due. When I attempted to log on to your website or via your app your servers appear to be offline as no login was possible. The request keeps timing out. I called your toll free line. I had to dial three times before phone was even answered. Then I had to wait on hold for nearly ** minutes to talk to a person. When I did and explained my issue he said he would note my account (though at no time did he ask for my account number or personal information to access my account) and that I should just try again tomorrow. When I asked what assurance I had that I would not be charged late fees or a higher interest rate he hung up on me. I want to close both of my accounts with you immediately. They have a zero balance and now I have zero tolerance for your terrible service.
