I have not been able to pay my payment for months now. CreditOne's website would not work when I got my new computer. I did not have the account number to log in. I'm not even sure if I have paper billing or not WITH an account number. It wouldn't just log in the normal way* I was sent thru hoops to prove I was who I said I was, and I couldn't do it... I had been paying my bill the normal way FOREVER, online. Then, when I tried to change my password to log in THAT way, I was told by the website that my account was locked. I want to make payments on my account!! I don't want it going to collections* there's no need for all that, I just want to pay it! I have no phone service at the moment, so I can't call. There is no place to email. No place to live chat. No place to do anything and I just want to pay my past due bill to avoid it going to collections. Please help!! I can start making a monthly payment to bring the balance down if someone would just contact me :(
