The issue in GetHuman-eliteqz's own words
Received a Credit One Credit Card with a $*,*** credit limit. Since we have received the card. Can’t use it at mall, Walmart, chain stores etc. We’ve called ** times to customer service, to no avail. They say they have fixed it, yet still can’t use it. This card is a joke. They won’t transfer to a supervisor. They have every excuse in the world as to why it was denied, i.e, suspicious activity, or the store is a high risk for fraud, or “oh we have lifted the hold” it will take **-** Min and still*Doesn’t work. They ran our credit and approved us, yet the card won’t work anywhere but a gas station. They can keep their card and the balance it has. We are reporting them to consumer affairs and BBB.

GetHuman-eliteqz did not yet indicate what Credit One Bank should do to make this right.
