I want to address an issue with my locked CREDIT KARMA account. I filed a complaint with the BBB on July 11th, [redacted], due to the lack of response from your upper specialist department after reaching out over 42 times in the past three months. I utilized your services to improve my credit score, but now my account is locked, withholding $[redacted] during these challenging economic times. I insist that the specialist department unlocks my account and refunds my funds. If not resolved by 3 PM today, I will proceed with legal action for distress. I have submitted proof of identity without any response. This situation is unacceptable, and I feel the need to involve a lawyer. I have encountered issues with Credit Karma's loan suggestions through Reprise Financial. The loan company has poor customer service, with representatives not returning calls effectively and providing misinformation about loan approvals. Despite promising to address concerns, Reprise Financial only reaches out after receiving complaints. Unfortunately, their calls come from spam numbers, making it difficult to communicate. This has negatively impacted my credit due to the lack of proper notification about hard credit inquiries. I am disappointed with Credit Karma's support and how they prioritize profit over assisting with credit improvement. I am considering sharing my experience on Yelp regarding this matter involving Reprise Financial and Credit Karma.

For the past month, I've been attempting to reset my password without success. Despite providing my ID, social security number, and birth certificate, I still cannot regain access. This is hindering me from opening an online bank account and cashing a check from my insurance company. As a mother of two young children, aged 2 and 3, I urgently need to access my account and utilize my Credit Karma Spend account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I frequently check my credit score, but the assistance I receive always suggests getting a loan to lower my payments, despite the poor chances of approval. Applying for these offers lowers my score even more. I work hard, have a family and face everyday challenges. I desire to settle my debts but have not had any success in getting help. The credit card suggestions of secured cards and paying off cards faster seem impractical when I struggle to make ends meet. It feels like the focus is on making money rather than genuinely helping those in need. I have been trying to improve my financial situation without success for a long time. It's disheartening to be judged based on my past mistakes instead of being offered a second chance. I feel ignored and frustrated by the lack of real assistance provided. I have been trying to log into my Experian account for a while now. However, it seems that my username and password are not being recognized. I have had this account for years and it should be flagged due to being a victim of identity theft. I am frustrated as I have not been able to reach any live person on the phone numbers provided online. What's worse is that I am facing the same issue with my Credit Karma account - my username is the same as my current email address. I am at a loss on how to proceed and feel like I have no way of resolving this matter. This is concerning, and I am unsure of who to contact to get assistance. My husband's Credit Karma account is locked, and we no longer have access to it due to changing our phone number and email. I have a valid ID, but my husband needs to renew his. Unfortunately, we can't secure an appointment for renewal as they are fully booked for the next few months. We are hoping for a chance if there is a cancellation. My husband had an IRS refund deposited into his Credit Karma account which actually belongs to me. As I am the filer and he is my dependent, he is disabled. These funds have been sitting in the account for over three months, and my family urgently needs them to avoid eviction and homelessness. Accessing these funds is crucial for us. Recently, my TransUnion score dropped by 10 points on Credit Karma due to an error with a closed Capital One credit card account. The account ending in [redacted] is still open, and the only recent change was reporting a lost card and receiving a new one. I strive to maintain a good credit score and do not want to be penalized incorrectly. I have contacted TransUnion about this discrepancy and would like it to be resolved promptly. I am having difficulties creating an account to check my credit score. After entering all my information correctly, when I try to accept the license agreements, I am directed back to the previous page due to a mismatch with the credit bureau records. I am not sure if this is because I do not have a credit card, only a savings account, or if there is an error somewhere. I was hoping to open an account soon to review my credit score with my sister's help. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received a notice from you claiming I have been carrying a balance for 4 months. However, this is not accurate. After contacting Comenity Bank, I discovered that there have been system glitches causing my balance not to update. Typically, I make sure to pay off my balance promptly, sometimes even on the same day as the charge. The recent flex loan of $10,[redacted], which I took out due to emergency expenses from the recent Hurricane, is an exception. I plan to pay it off well before the due date.

A few months ago, my credit score dropped 69 points, even though I only used a small amount of credit. I contacted the two credit bureaus, TransUnion and Equifax, and they said their scores for me are much higher than what Credit Karma shows. They suggested I reach out to you to correct this discrepancy. I also spoke to Experian, and they have my score listed well above [redacted]. Please get in touch with me to address this issue.

I applied for a credit card that Credit Karma guaranteed approval for and offered $50 if denied. After multiple attempts to contact them with no response, I have not received the promised money. Additionally, my credit score dropped due to the credit card company's required hard inquiry. This drop has made it difficult for me to apply for other credit cards, as my score is now too low. I had worked hard to improve my credit score and now feel like I have to start over. Credit Karma should fulfill their guarantee and restore my credit score to its previous level before I applied for the card. If I had known there was a chance of rejection, I would not have risked my credit score based on their assurance of approval.

I'm having trouble accessing my Credit Karma account. I entered my email and password, clicked on login, but I keep receiving an error message stating, "We're sorry for the inconvenience. A technical issue has unexpectedly occurred. Please try again in a few moments." When I tried the alternative login method, I entered my email address, but it prompted me to verify it via text message. After providing my birth year and social security number, I received another error message. I attempted to reset my password by providing my information and received a verification link via email. Two days before Thanksgiving, my account was flagged for review. A couple of weeks earlier, I was notified about a check being deposited that isn't in my name. Recently, I received another email mentioning potential consequences without any specific details. I don't understand why I am being penalized for a check that was accepted even though it wasn't made out to me. The bank should have returned the check and informed the sender to address it correctly, instead of penalizing me. I am struggling to reach anyone for clarification, and it's frustrating especially with Thanksgiving just around the corner and no access to funds.

I attempted to set up an account with Kredit Karma using my email address. The system informed me that there was an existing account linked to that email, yet when I tried to log in, I was told there was no account connected to it. I then attempted to reset the password using the same email and was again informed of an existing account, but upon trying to log in, the system indicated there was no account with that email. This issue is confusing me, and I am uncertain why it is occurring.

I made two payments in November, $[redacted] to Walmart and $[redacted] to Veridian Credit, but they haven't shown up on my credit report on Credit Karma. This is unusual as payments typically reflect by the 18th or 19th of the month. It's now December, and I need this correction promptly. I rely on the accuracy of my credit report. My employee did not receive her salary via direct deposit on Thursday. Despite checking daily, the money has not appeared in her account. Paychex, our payroll company, has informed us that they have sent the funds to you, but there has been no deposit or refund made. We need a contact number for Paychex to reach your EFT Department and resolve this issue. Today, I applied for two credit cards on your site, but unfortunately, both applications were denied. One of the cards had a promotion where you would receive $50 upon approval. Prior to applying, I had a credit score of [redacted], but now both of my scores have gone down by 5 to 10 points. I wanted a new card as a backup in case I lost my Fidelity card. I am disappointed with Credit Karma as using the site for years has now made me understand why it receives negative reviews.
