I have been using Credit Karma to monitor my credit score, but for the past few months, I haven't been able to log into my account. Despite trying to reset my password through the help section, I keep encountering a technical error message preventing me from accessing my account. I'm concerned about the safety of my information and unsure why my email and password are not being recognized. I also want to know how to cancel my Credit Karma membership if I can't log in and ensure that my information remains secure.

I had a Walmart refund that was credited back to my wife's account, but Credit Karma mistakenly denied the transaction assuming it was a purchase. Despite confirming with Walmart that the money was sent, Credit Karma seems to be holding up the refund. My Credit Karma Money Spend Account has been frozen for over a week, and I am unable to find out why or when it will be unfrozen. It is concerning that it happened right after my income tax refund was deposited. I need access to my funds to pay for rent, utilities, and groceries for my kids, especially since I have been out of work due to having COVID and my kids being sick as well. I hope they can unfreeze my account soon so I can transfer the funds to my primary bank. It's frustrating dealing with a company that communicates important matters through emails but won't disclose the reason for the freeze due to security concerns. I believe sending sensitive documents to unlock the account poses a bigger security risk than explaining the issue to the account holder.

I discovered fraudulent activity related to identity theft back in August [redacted] when I found out my husband falsely signed up for a Credit Karma account using my information. Despite being promised he would resolve this, he didn't. When I contacted Credit Karma by email in February [redacted], they closed the account and provided me with a case number. However, my husband repeated this action and prevented me from contacting Credit Karma by email. I learned that he had also accessed my Transunion account and altered the information to a point where I couldn't confirm my identity. Shockingly, I was informed that spouses can modify each other's credit reports easily. This situation has left me with limited options. I am having trouble creating a Credit Karma account due to an error message stating that my personal information does not match the credit bureau records. I provided my first and last name, current address, date of birth, and social security number, but am unsure why this issue is occurring. Lately, I have received suspicious credit collection calls claiming that my address has changed, even though it has remained the same for years. I am concerned that my credit data might have been compromised, as I have not made any significant purchases recently, with most of my transactions being related to Amazon.com, a discontinued DVD subscription service from National Geographic, and some magazine subscriptions that I have not renewed. After deleting the Credit Karma app from my phone, I lost all access to my account. Despite attempting to log in via Google on both my phone and computer, changing my password, and even trying to create a new account with a different email, I continuously receive an "an error has occurred" message. I reached out via email to inquire about deleting my old account to establish a new one, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Although I still receive emails regarding my Credit Karma account, I am unable to access it. - Zara McD.

I have received cards from CK multiple times, including the Apple Card recently. I tried to use Apple Pay to charge $75 for the $75 credit you advertised, but it took over 5 weeks to get it right. Just 2 days ago, I learned the correct process, but then found out it was only available for 1 month, which I wasn't aware of. As a senior on a fixed income, I rely on these cards for extra money. Please reconsider giving me the $75 credit, and I will make use of the card. Thank you! Kindly respond via email since I can't reach you by phone, which is disappointing. I'm puzzled as to why my credit score drops even though I maintain a utilization rate of less than 1%, make on-time payments consistently, and pay off my credit balances every month. This has been my routine for years. I'm also curious about why my credit score differs significantly on my monthly credit card statements showing my FICO score compared to the score reported on your site. On my report, there's a negative entry from TDS for a $[redacted] unpaid amount, which seems inaccurate. They claim I owe $[redacted] for equipment I returned using the provided box and label, along with charges for services I never used after they disconnected me. Despite disputing these errors without success, I refuse to pay for services or equipment I never utilized. While I don't mind the judgment on my record, I won't accept the charges. I request the removal of this judgment to ensure the accuracy of my report and explanation for the declining credit score.

I recently submitted a complaint against the merchant Credit Karma due to unresolved fraudulent charges that took over a month to address. After the BBB intervened, the disputed charges were promptly refunded, and I believed everything was back to normal. However, approximately a week after the refund, Credit Karma unexpectedly "deactivated" my checking account without explanation. Following their email instructing me to contact support, I was informed that they had no information on the issue and that they would follow up. As a result, I am currently unable to access my funds, including those from my direct deposit, and I cannot view or use my debit or virtual card. Their customer service has been unhelpful, offering only scripted responses. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my funds, preferably without waiting two months for a mailed check. I simply want to use my debit card to withdraw money from an ATM, close my account, and part ways with a company that seems indifferent to its customers' needs.

You should have all my accounts correct, as per the credit bureaus. However, I have noticed several inaccuracies in the remarks on my Credit Karma profile. While my scores with Equifax and Experian are above [redacted], TransUnion shows me at [redacted]. The discrepancies are as follows: 1. The new account listed as Fettif/web is not new; it is the same account as Fingerhut, which only changed banks. This information needs to be corrected. 2. My credit usage has decreased from 80% to 66%. 3. There is an error indicating that my credit usage has increased, which is not possible as I have only been using two credit cards and stopped using the others since March 4th, [redacted]. Additionally, my total balance is inaccurately reported as over $6,[redacted]. If these issues are not resolved within a week, I will have to cancel my Credit Karma subscription to avoid any further misinformation. Thank you.

I am attempting to update my phone number as I no longer have access to the number on file. After going through the claim submission process, I encountered an issue while trying to prove I am not a robot. Unfortunately, the prompt to complete this step did not appear, preventing me from submitting my claim for assistance. The customer support experience on this site has been very frustrating and seems to be leading me in circles.

I encountered an issue with my account that was deactivated due to a dispute. During a call with customer service, the representative deactivated my debit card and offered to send a replacement. I agreed, and was informed the new card would arrive within 7-10 days. Upon receiving my latest direct deposit from my new employer, I tried to withdraw funds only to find my account was not accessible. Subsequent contact with customer service revealed that the request for a new card had not been submitted. I was assured a new card would be sent, but now face another 7-10 day wait. This delay impacts my bill payments and Credit Karma is unable to expedite the process. I urgently require assistance from a manager or supervisor to expedite the issuance of a new debit card before my next deposit on Friday, May 20, [redacted].

I found interest rates for home improvement loans on Credit Karma and decided to apply through Prosper. After applying, I received numerous emails from Prosper requesting more information, including a voided check or bank statement. Despite my bank verifying the account externally, Prosper insisted on receiving additional details directly. When I shared my bank's verification process with them, they declined to follow it. I wonder whether Credit Karma still recommends Prosper. If so, I would appreciate the contact information. When I called, I was transferred multiple times and never received a clear answer as to why Prosper would not adhere to my bank's verification process and instead asked for my account details over the phone. I am feeling frustrated with Credit Karma's assessment of my eligibility for a debt consolidation loan through their Cash Cow Marketing Minions. Despite their disclaimer about no guarantees, given my [redacted] credit score, I expected a more positive result based on the information provided in my report. After examining various score and report comparison models meticulously over the past two years, it seems the criteria used for scoring applications is dubious. It appears to be a scheme to restrict individuals with credit scores between [redacted] and [redacted] who diligently pay their bills but are unable to access the loans necessary to consolidate debt and enhance their scores. I have decided to seek legal assistance from attorneys experienced in addressing such deceptive practices, and they have even offered their services pro bono. I am not interested in engaging with federal agencies. It's time for action against this deceptive behavior.

I have experienced fraudulent activity on my account. I filed a police report and disputed the issue. Credit Karma has locked my accounts for over a month. I have submitted all the requested documents, including proof of a system hack by an employer. Despite daily calls, they have not resolved the issue. I am requesting to speak with a supervisor but have been unable to escalate the matter. My direct deposits are frozen, and I cannot access my funds. I have saved all documentation. I used this AMEX card for Veterans of the Vietnam War, Inc. to buy supplies for homeless Veterans projects in South Dakota and Pennsylvania. Since the organization closed in [redacted], I can't afford to repay this debt personally and need help removing it from my credit report. I rely on social security for income and want to resolve this before it impacts me long-term. Unfortunately, my office records, including the AMEX account number, were damaged beyond recovery. I filed a dispute with Credit Karma, and once the money was returned to my account, they locked it. After waiting the ten days as instructed, they informed me via email that my account was closed, and a check would be issued. Despite my account still being open and no check mailed, I persistently request an explanation, but they repeatedly disconnect me claiming to transfer me to a higher department. They mistakenly directed me to the fraud department, who confirmed they had no restrictions on my account. I never used or even saw the compromised debit card they referred to. Despite their assurances of sending a check that hasn't arrived, my money is still with them, my account remains locked, and the promised check hasn't materialized as they stated in the email.

Credit Karma advertised a "soft pull" on my credit reports when I checked with 3 banks to refinance my high interest auto loan. Unfortunately, they conducted hard inquiries instead of soft pulls as promised. I urgently need Credit Karma to remove these 3 hard inquiries, especially because I am currently in the process of applying for mortgages. Despite contacting the 3 auto finance companies as instructed, the inquiries remain on my report. Please address this matter promptly, as my living conditions are currently unhealthy with high radon levels, electrical issues, and excessive humidity affecting my breathing.
