However, shortly after, the system prompted me to log into my original account, mentioning it will close the new one. I need to reset my account, starting fresh with a new one. I encountered issues signing up for Credit Karma due to a mismatch in my information with the TransUnion report. After contacting customer support, they resolved the issue, and I successfully signed up. However, when trying to create a spending account for a tax advance, there was another mismatch with my social security number. They now require proof of identification, specifically a primary picture ID which I lack. I have several secondary options, but without funds, I cannot obtain a primary ID. I urge them to rectify the issue on their end so I can access my money promptly as I am in urgent need. Despite one customer service representative fixing it previously, the situation remains unresolved. Another representative informed me that without providing the required IDs, they cannot assist further.

I require assistance with my account. When attempting to log in via computer, the system prompts me to log in on a mobile phone instead. I used TurboTax for my taxes and tried to apply for the advance through Credit Karma. Even after uploading my ID, Credit Karma is unable to verify me for the money account. The website suggests contacting support for manual assistance, but the support team seems unaware of the process. This issue is causing me to lose out on my tax advance, and I am frustrated that I cannot find competent help from the company. I now await another email, which always takes days, further wasting my time. I need to resolve this matter and submit a corporate complaint.

I am currently experiencing prolonged issues with my virtual debit card, despite being promised it would be unlocked today after being informed about it yesterday. This is the third day of dealing with this problem, and it is becoming urgent as I need access to my funds immediately. I found myself in a difficult situation where my child was left in a car during severely cold weather due to this ongoing card complication. Customer service was helpful the first night, as a representative promptly assisted me by deleting my initial virtual card and issuing a new one over the phone. However, the same resolution was not provided when the card was locked again yesterday. I keep receiving a message stating my card is locked, directing me to settings to unlock it, but there is no available option to do so. Despite sending a screenshot showcasing this issue, I have not received a response or seen any action taken as promised. I urgently require a swift solution and immediate access to my funds.

My account is currently deactivated. After receiving no help, I decided to create a new account. All I need is an encrypted link to start over. Despite trying for four days to get this link, I finally got a reply from Credit Karma support on Friday at 7:00 PM, asking for verification documents. I promptly sent the documents as instructed, but I am still waiting for the link. It's now Sunday morning, and I haven't received any further instructions. I have followed all the steps given to me but am still waiting for support to assist me.

I have been receiving notifications from various companies about "my application," but I have not applied to any of them. After checking my credit reports, I discovered a new account opened at WAYFAIR with a balance of over $[redacted], which is not mine. The inquiries from American Express and WAYFAIR need to be removed. American Express even called me to inform me of five applications under my name, although I have not applied with them. I have no account with Wayfair either. Credit Karma alerted me that my address was changed, and I found out that the current residents are receiving a lot of mail for me, including a replacement card from another company that used to be mine. I've been trying repeatedly to access my Credit Karma Spend account for my taxes this year. When I attempted to open a new account, it said one is already available. Although I found the email address, I keep receiving messages about too many login attempts. I want to retrieve my account to file my taxes. Can someone assist me in recovering my account? I recently filed my taxes and decided to give Credit Karma a try for financial services. Unfortunately, I was surprised by the $[redacted] ATM withdrawal limit. When attempting to link my credit union account, I realized Credit Karma does not work with my financial institution. I then tried creating a Chime account, only to find out Credit Karma does not support Chime as well, as confirmed by Credit Karma staff. Now, I am frustrated and no longer want to engage with Credit Karma. I am seeking to have my funds released from them and any other obligations severed. I am unable to obtain clear answers from Credit Karma, and I am contemplating taking legal action to resolve this matter.

Hello, I need assistance as I have encountered a problem regarding my account verification. The phone number ([redacted])-[redacted], which was previously used for verification, is inaccessible to me now. I am trying to update my account with the new number ([redacted])-[redacted] for my Credit Karma Money Spend account. However, I am unable to complete the process as it is asking me to verify my identity with a driver's license, which I currently do not have as I lost my New York State ID and am waiting for a replacement. On top of that, I also need a replacement Credit Karma Money Spend Debit Card. Both my ID and account card were lost simultaneously, leaving me in a difficult situation. I used a card from Credit Karma a few times, but it got locked due to suspected fraudulent activity. However, there was no fraud, and now my money is stuck on the card. I used TurboTax for my federal return and Credit Karma for a loan on it, which came with a virtual card. After receiving the physical card, I couldn't withdraw money, make purchases, or transfer funds. Credit Karma seems to have locked my funds, leaving me frustrated. I've called multiple times, spending hours on the phone, only to be told there are no fraud issues and that they are working on it without providing a solution. This experience has been the worst with a card company, and I plan to close my account once the issue is resolved. My advice: avoid using Credit Karma.

I am requesting two options to be addressed today: either unfreeze my account, release my funds, and deduct what I owe, or close my account and return my funds. Recent interactions with your agents failed to mention any potential account freeze, neither during last week's call regarding my account nor in yesterday's conversation about my deposit. Transparency about account status should be a protocol mentioned in your agents' scripts, as the app did not reflect any freeze nor did your representatives inform me. Holding my funds without clear notification is concerning, especially when indicating a return within two days without proper explanation or efficient resolution. Communication from Customer Representatives is lacking, and delays in addressing straightforward concerns are frustrating. My account status should not warrant a review, thus requiring an immediate resolution.

My account got automatically locked due to suspected fraud, and I am unable to access my $1,[redacted]. I have been trying to transfer the funds to my Go2bank account card without success. I have already provided my address for a new card two weeks ago, but I am still waiting. When I called customer service, I found it challenging to communicate with them, and they asked me repetitive questions. All I want is to transfer the money from my locked card to my Go2bank card. That's my main concern right now.

On February 24, I checked my credit report on Credit Karma and noticed that my TransUnion score had dropped by 71 points due to an old "closed" account being removed. I reached out to TransUnion on February 28 and spoke with Jason, who informed me that there were no changes in my report and that the "closed" account was never listed. I'm confused as to why Credit Karma shows a negative impact when TransUnion doesn't have any record of the change. Can anyone explain this discrepancy? Thank you.

Credit Karma has locked me out of my account, preventing me from accessing my refund. Despite providing my driver's license and bank information, my account remains locked. I am frustrated with this situation. The refund rightfully belongs to me, and I feel you are not respecting my wishes. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it by contacting the FCC and TurboTax to report your handling of the issue. Initially, Credit Karma attempted to withdraw money from my account without authorization. After numerous calls, I was advised to dispute the charges at my bank, resulting in an overdraft fee and a return fee. Now, I am unable to transfer my return to my bank due to the account lock. I am distressed by the lack of accessible customer service, as the contact number has been changed. This experience feels like an attempt to withhold refunds from customers unjustly.
