I checked my Credit Karma account and noticed discrepancies in my credit reports from TransUnion and Equifax starting from June 1st, [redacted], to August 3rd, [redacted]. Synchrony Bank Home Design / HVAC incorrectly reported that I increased my loan by $[redacted] on TransUnion and $[redacted] on Equifax, impacting my credit scores negatively. Despite attempts to resolve this with the credit reporting agencies, my credit rating has fluctuated numerous times due to these incorrect updates. I would appreciate detailed information from both agencies regarding the erroneous loan increases, including any remarks added and removed. I had an account with Credit Karma under an email address that was hacked and I had to delete it for security reasons. I tried to change the email to a new one, but your system won't allow me to log in or change it, even after sending multiple emails with the new email address. When I briefly restored the old account, I saw a reply assuming the issue was resolved, but it's not. I need help and can't get a proper reply. My new email is [redacted] I need a phone number to talk to someone and fix this quickly. Please cancel the old account under the hacked email address. It shouldn't be this hard to update my information. Thank you.

I recently discovered that Transunion reported a closed account at Bayport Credit Union, causing a decrease in my credit score. I did not initiate the account closure, and I even paid off a car loan which I believed would improve my score. I received an email from Credit Karma stating that my password was changed, but I did not make any changes. Recently, I was a victim of scammers who drained my business accounts, including one of my LLC company's savings with an amount close to $60,[redacted]. I am extremely worried about my identity and what the scammers could do with access to it. Please assist me in protecting my identity by helping me change my username and password.

I have been using Credit Karma for a while. About a month ago, I tried to set up an account for my sister on the platform. I can't recall all the details I entered as she eventually decided not to proceed with using Credit Karma. I assumed the process was incomplete. To my surprise, she noticed that "Golden Scores" charged $1.00 from her checking account today. I am unsure if I accidentally entered her account number during the setup. Could it be possible that "Golden Scores" accessed her information through Credit Karma? I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I have discovered errors on my credit report and I am unable to find any contact information on your website to help me correct them. I receive numerous emails each week promoting auto insurance and credit card sign-ups, but not enough focus is given to ensuring the accuracy of credit reports. Firstly, the site incorrectly states that I have Real Estate loans totaling $1,[redacted],[redacted]. This information needs to be verified by your team. It should be noted that the LOANCARE loan was settled and closed in February [redacted]. I am concerned about how long it will take for my payments to be reported as late due to no longer making payments towards it. Secondly, although as of today I have no credit card debt, this information was not reflected in the credit report generated just yesterday. I urge you to review the individuals responsible for running these reports and consider making necessary changes. The current credit scores provided are of little value, and I am contemplating discontinuing my use of your service.

$[redacted].00 has been deducted from my account through a debit card transaction, according to the automated message about a withdrawal. I have not been out since I had Covid, and my debit card is with me. Bank of America's automated system will only assist after 8 a.m. today (Friday). This is fraudulent since I have not made any withdrawals from my account, which is my only one. Being an 86-year-old widow relying on social security, I need assistance. I have been attempting for over a month to update my phone number using the app, email, and website. It requires me to confirm both the old and new numbers, but I no longer have access to the old number due to security reasons. I must update my number to verify my spend account card and access other features on CK. Despite trying to upload images of my driver's license multiple times, the information does not update, and I am stuck in a loop of phone number and document verification. Without updating my number, I cannot use my spend account with funds. The lack of customer support or response to my emails is very frustrating. Thank you.

I have been experiencing difficulty contacting Credit Karma as I receive an error message stating that my phone number is recognized but not the device I am using. Despite using the same phone and device I originally signed up with, I am prompted to call for a verification code. At times, I am informed that I have made too many attempts or encounter an issue accessing my account. I only seek the verification code due to a mistake by Credit Karma that altered my device's status. Despite trying to address this problem months ago and not receiving a resolution, I am unable to dedicate all day to waiting for assistance on my home computer. Furthermore, as I did not respond to Credit Karma's email within two days, they closed the matter as resolved.

Dear Sirs, I am facing significant issues regarding my financial situation. I have been diligently repaying a loan on my home, originally obtained through First Plus, a company owned by Barclays bank. Despite consistently making payments on time through standing orders, I have repeatedly received default notices from them. Upon questioning their actions, they proceeded to sell the debt to Elderbridge, who continued the same practice. Despite my complaints and concerns about the impact of these default notices on my credit and financial options, they persist with this unfair practice without offering any explanation. This has severely affected my ability to secure credit or adjust my loans. I always make my payments on time on the 20th of each month, yet I receive default notices dated as early as the 21st, leaving me in a difficult position. I registered a new account with the email [redacted], but I am unable to use the password I set up. I have not received any emails to reset the password, neither in my inbox nor in spam. When I try to log in, it shows an old account under [redacted], which is closed or doesn't exist. I have a spending account with Credit Karma. I have been waiting for a new card since my previous one was lost. Despite contacting them when my new card did not arrive on time, a Credit Karma representative suggested I link an external account while waiting for the new card. However, I encountered an error message when I tried to link it. After calling, I discovered that my account was frozen but was not given a reason why. I was informed that I needed to contact their specialized tier 3 department via email, which has made resolving the issue challenging. Despite providing all the requested information, including details about my external account, the problem has not been resolved since October 14th.

I recently opened a Credit Karma Spend account via TurboTax to receive my tax refund, but the account was suddenly frozen after the deposit. Despite providing all necessary verification documents, my funds are still inaccessible. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times without progress and am now considering closing the account to access my money through another means. This issue seems to be a common occurrence online, and I am concerned about the practices of Credit Karma, TurboTax, Intuit, and MVB Bank. Hello Credit Karma, I am a new user still navigating the system through the app and online to build and maintain my credit. I noticed my account is still linked to my parents' cars, which might affect my credit building process. I am seeking information on separating my personal information from theirs and understanding the financial services I can access independently. Hello, I’m Bryan S. I recently received a notification that my TransUnion score dropped by 53 points. However, after reviewing the changes, I noticed two discrepancies. First, my One Main Financial Loan balance decreased by $4,[redacted], which should have increased my score, not decreased it. Second, an account with Bank of America was removed from my report, even though I never had a loan or account with them. I have confirmed with TransUnion that there are no derogatory items on my report, and they mentioned that my score should have increased due to the balance reduction. I am having trouble accessing my account due to changing my phone number. I can't receive the text sent to my old number for verification and when trying to reset the password via email, it keeps directing me back to the old number. I attempted to create a new account without success. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a contact number to speak with a representative.
