The issue in GetHuman-neonblac's own words
I filed my taxes through credit karma app. I got a new phone and I used the two-factor authentication on my last phone with its number and now I have a new phone with a new phone number and I got the app and I tried logging in and it won't let me because I forgot the password and it tries to send it to the old phone number but I do have my address I am the person I do have my social and I can't prove it to me please help.
