I encountered a concerning issue with Credit Karma when I attempted to log in after a long period. My login credentials were altered without my knowledge which raised suspicion, prompting me to investigate further using my Firefox "Lockwise" extension. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation through their online support, I found it challenging as there was no phone assistance available. The only recourse presented to me was to create a new login with alternative credentials, which did not alleviate my concerns regarding the security breach. Credit Karma denied any breach had occurred, yet the changes made to my account details cast doubt on their reliability and ability to safeguard my information. Although I managed to regain access to my account, my confidence in their integrity has been compromised.

I would like assistance with accessing my Credit Karma account after changing my device and phone number. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, I cannot log in as I no longer have access to the original device and phone number linked to the account. Two-step verification does not recognize my new device or phone number. I need to disable two-step verification and update my phone number, but the help center's response is to send a verification text to my old phone number, which I no longer use. It has been frustrating not being able to update my information promptly, leading to delays with my stimulus check. I have been a loyal member for years and need assistance urgently. Please, can someone at Credit Karma support resolve this issue for me? Thank you for your help. Tina Marie K.

Credit Karma, I faced credit issues due to abandonment and a divorce, which left me with all debts from our marriage. Despite monthly calls explaining my payment problems, there was no assistance. Even though efforts were made to divide assets, the court closed the case. Previously having excellent credit, I now struggle at the bottom, unable to pay. I am currently unemployed and caring for my disabled child. Many accounts were paid with cards listed as losses, yet they impact my credit report. These unresolved matters during the court process in Puerto Rico were never settled. How can I handle large debt amounts I cannot pay off with cards and have no credit? I require assistance. Thank you.

I e-filed my tax return with Credit Karma and chose direct deposit for my refund. The IRS website shows my refund was issued on February 22, [redacted]. Today is March 8, [redacted], which is 14 days since it was supposed to be in my account. I checked with my bank, they don't have it. I've verified my routing and account numbers were entered correctly. The IRS says to contact my preparer, but Credit Karma doesn't have live support. I've e-mailed and called my bank multiple times. I'm frustrated and need to speak to a live person about this. Please contact me at [redacted]. Email communication feels unprofessional for such a serious problem caused by Credit Karma. I need assistance to resolve this promptly. Thank you. - Michael S. I.

I recently changed my phone number, and I am unable to verify the new one for my account. The system requires verifying the old number first, which is causing a lot of frustration. I just want to add funds to my spend account without all these complications. Is there an option for email verification or any alternative method? This process is becoming too difficult, especially since I can't find a support phone number for assistance. I came across this forum after searching endlessly for a contact number. Frustrating situation!

I am experiencing difficulties updating my phone number in the app. The verification process keeps prompting me to verify my old number, which is no longer in use. This is frustrating as I am unable to proceed with setting up my spend account. Is there an alternative verification method like email that could be utilized? It seems like I am stuck in a loop within the app and cannot find any proper support or contact number for assistance. I had to resort to searching online and came across this chat bot for help. Frustrating situation overall.

I am unable to log in after updating my phone number and no longer having access to the old one. Please address this issue promptly. When entering the new phone number and selecting update, verification codes are still being sent to the old number that I cannot access. This results in an endless loop that is frustrating. There seems to be no support available to assist with this problem.

I am concerned about the sudden drop in my Equifax and TransUnion credit scores by 91 and 93 points respectively. I have always maintained excellent credit, and this drastic change is alarming. I have attempted to contact Credit Karma for clarification, but unfortunately, their phone number is not working, and there is no live chat option available. I have monitoring services with another provider, and as far as I know, there have been no issues with my identity. I feel uneasy about trusting Credit Karma with my information if I cannot get any answers regarding this significant drop in my credit scores. It seems frustrating that there is no one to assist me in understanding what has occurred. I am contemplating reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to seek resolution.

I submitted my taxes on February 14th. The money was supposed to be sent to my Credit Karma card, which I have not received yet. According to the "Where's My Refund" site, the money was sent on March 3rd. If I don't receive it by March 8th, I should contact my bank. However, I don't have a bank to call as the money should have been sent to my Credit Karma card, which is missing.

I am seeking assistance from Credit Karma about my account, which seems to have been compromised. Despite my efforts to contact them, I have received no response. If my account has been accessed by someone else, I will escalate this issue further. I have attempted to create a new account and change my email with no success. It is concerning that there has been no resolution from Credit Karma in over a year. I will rely on the credit reporting agencies to monitor my credit going forward. Credit Karma holds sensitive information and should address these issues promptly. I plan to deactivate my account, as a year without a response is unacceptable.

I need my APD number from last year's taxes to file this year's taxes. I created my checking account using my ex's phone number because I didn't have a working number at the time. When I tried to change it to my current number, the representative said it wasn't possible. Now, I can't view last year's taxes on my account without that old number. I'm stuck and don't want to contact my ex about it to avoid risking my identity. I hope there's another way to resolve this as I don't want to delete my account or navigate the IRS site for a copy of my taxes.

They informed me that my data had been breached. Now, they refuse to provide details unless I agree to their terms. Here are the emails describing my concerns: Subject: Concern Regarding Breach I demand to know what has been compromised! Is it my bank? Please clarify. I am unable to afford any breach as a senior citizen on fixed income. Kindly disclose the specifics of the breach without any additional cost. Sincerely, R.H. Subject: Urgent Response Needed Why am I being asked to sign in or sign up to acquire information? I did not authorize any scanning of my data. Your frightening approach is appalling. I will report this to the authorities as it has caused me extreme distress. Respond promptly to alleviate my concerns. Regards, R.H. Subject: Desperate for Information I am unable to find any details about the alleged breach online and I am increasingly anxious. Is there a contact number available for assistance? I e-filed my taxes and received an acceptance email dated March 1, [redacted], confirming my submission. Despite not receiving any notifications about issues from either you or the IRS, when checking my tax filing, I discovered a couple of errors: there was no date on your form, and I hadn't provided direct deposit details. It has been over 21 days now, and upon checking "Where's My Refund," I found no information indicating its acceptance. I am unsure why this delay is occurring and am concerned about the lack of updates. The IRS website mentions issues with the tool inaccurately flagging user input, but this doesn't explain why there has been no progress since March 1, [redacted]. I hope this isn't a problem from your end. It's puzzling how my [redacted]-SR seems not to have been received or processed by the IRS, especially after switching tax platforms. I am looking for clarity on when to expect my refund since there has been no response since the initial acceptance email.

I am Steve Hazarabedian, and I represent Darrin Ciabattari. I have been trying to assist him in signing up for CK, unfortunately, I encountered issues despite double-checking the provided information. The CK email site froze every time I attempted to proceed. I kindly ask for your assistance in reaching out to Darrin to help him with the sign-up process. I suspect there may be an error in his Birthdate information at the credit bureau, as it slightly differs from what he shared with me. Darrin's time with my services will conclude in four days, so prompt action would be appreciated to guide him effectively and set him on the path to financial responsibility. Thank you for your help. I recently discovered that without my knowledge, I was placed into a savings account with MVB. It wasn't until a month later that I stumbled upon this account. Surprisingly, the account contained the stimulus money I had been missing, totaling $1,[redacted], now increasing my balance to $2,[redacted].86. Unfortunately, when attempting to link this account to my BECU account online, I was unsuccessful. Additionally, my attempts to close the MVB account were fruitless. I reached out to MVB through their website, detailing my concerns and providing documentation. I am determined to retrieve my funds promptly. I am eager to move my money to my BECU account where I can easily access it. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated as my patience is wearing thin. -R.H.

My wife and I had a rental house. We relocated and provided notice, but the management did not respond. We moved out when our lease expired. They later sent a vacate notice to our new address and took us to court. The judge ruled in our favor due to our good payment history and notice proof. Despite this, they claimed we owed $[redacted], even after the case was dismissed. They are unwilling to negotiate with me. I need help resolving this with Credit Karma to clear the dispute and show them the paperwork proving our minimal balance. This issue is hindering me from refinancing my house. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, R.P.

I recently discovered that I had an old account with Credit Karma that I had forgotten about. When I tried to log in today to what I thought was a new account, I realized it was linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to. Now, I have two new email addresses that I use. I would like to cancel the original account with the outdated email and update it to my current email address. This way, I can receive important emails from Credit Karma and stay up to date with my credit scores. Thank you for your assistance.

I received an email saying someone added me to their account without my knowledge. I replied that I did not authorize it. Visa contacted me about suspected fraudulent activity on my credit card ending in [redacted]. They are issuing me a new card ending in [redacted]. Please disregard my previous response to your notifications as it was due to the credit card issue. This situation should not impact our current credit score of [redacted].

I received an email stating that someone added me to their account without my authorization. I had previously informed you that this action was unauthorized. Visa contacted me the day before about suspicious activity on my account, resulting in the cancellation of card number [redacted] and the issuance of a new one, number [redacted]. This may have led to the appearance of a new account being opened. I was assured by Visa that they would notify all three credit reporting agencies. I am concerned about any potential negative impact on our credit score. Please respond promptly.

I used your tax service to file my taxes in February. According to your website, if I e-file and use direct deposit, I should contact you if it takes more than 21 days to process. It has been 8 weeks since my taxes were accepted by the IRS and are still in processing. Despite reaching out to the IRS, I haven't received any response. I am now turning to you for assistance since I filed with your service. The delay is confusing to me because I e-filed and used direct deposit. Your website states it should not take more than 21 days, yet it has been 56 days with no refund. Interestingly, I received my State refund before my federal one. Can you please help me with this issue? I have reached out to you multiple times and followed your instructions to check my refund status on the IRS website since February 19, [redacted], but have not heard back. I would appreciate any help in obtaining information about my refund since I used your services. Thank you. - H. Martinson
