I have a fraudulent collection account on my credit file from Credit First N.A., causing me great distress. Their focus on their brand over justice has impacted my ability to get a V.A. loan. Despite filing complaints and having the item removed from my credit report, C.F.N.A. continues to reinsert it, hindering my financial opportunities. As a Veteran and Gold Star Family Member, I feel mistreated by this company. I need assistance in stopping their unjust actions and protecting myself from further harm.

I have a Tires Plus card and I make my monthly payment by phone regularly. However, I have noticed numerous unauthorized charges on my account by CFNA, which is illegal. There are five transactions that I did not authorize, with the latest one being on the 8th for $80. I intend to take legal action unless the funds are returned, and the balance on my Tires Plus card is cleared. Additionally, I had a concerning experience with a manager at Tires Plus in Coconut Creek, Florida, who tried to sell me unnecessary services. I am owed reimbursement for two timing belts that were unnecessary. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and request a call before 8:05 AM EST.

I recently received a letter informing me that my application for a Tires Plus credit card was declined, however, I did not apply for one. It seems someone is attempting to open credit cards in my name. The application number is [redacted]95. Unfortunately, this is not the only time this has happened; there have been four other instances with different credit card agencies. I want to report this specific application as fraudulent as it was not done by me. I am unable to find a direct phone number to address this issue, only automated systems. As a precaution, I have already frozen my credit with TransUnion today, even before receiving this letter. Thank you. - J. C.

It seems like many others are experiencing attempts to open unauthorized credit card accounts, just like I have. I recently received a notification from you stating that an application made in my name for a credit card with Hibdon Tires Plus was denied. I have taken steps to freeze my credit report, which likely prevented the unauthorized application. I would like to know how to get your fraud department involved to address and solve this issue to protect others from falling victim to identity theft.

I recently noticed an unfamiliar account on my credit report from First Credit. I have never owned a credit card by that name. However, I remember visiting the Hyundai Service department for maintenance where I paid from my bank account, not by credit card. I recall there was an option for replacing tires that I might have considered. I am uncertain why this account is showing up and would appreciate any insights on what could have transpired.

Hello, my name is Chad Corbett. I am inquiring about application #[redacted]85. I need assistance in determining when the CFNA credit was applied for, as someone is attempting to use my identity. Knowing the application date will help me take necessary steps, as the information is retained for 3 months. I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide in this matter. Identity theft has unfortunately occurred to me three times, and I take it very seriously. Your help is invaluable. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Chad Corbett.

I recently purchased a new car and was surprised to receive a penalty for not using my Firestone credit card to purchase unnecessary items for my car. As my new car came with complimentary oil changes and I have not required any additional maintenance, I found it unfair to be penalized in this manner. Despite my card being valid until 3/25, I was disappointed by the lack of sympathy shown by the customer service representative I spoke with. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for many years and expected better customer service in this situation.

I recently applied and got approved for a card on 9/13/[redacted] while at Firestone Auto Care, located at [redacted] 5th Ave., Huntington, WV [redacted]. During a business trip, I had an unexpected car repair that I needed to address for safety before returning home. As I reside in a different state and haven't received the physical card yet, I'm unsure if this current repair can be covered. Unfortunately, due to not having the card number and being unable to set up an account without it, I am uncertain about the card limit.
