David Degerness *** *** **** *I was late one time with my December **** payment ,I made all my other Truck payments on time,had no issues. I missed the December payment due to circumstances beyond my control. I called on the **th of December to make arrangements and I said I would be making a double payment in January ****.. the lady that answered the phone said ok no problem. She said nothing about reporting that to my credit report..she said no problem so I thought everything was fine. I called January **th and they said they had no notes on this. It is evident that the lady I talked to prior to this did not make a note of this in her computer as she said she would note this. I have been keeping my credit record clean and trying to raise the score because I am in the process of buying a home. Because of this invalid negative report to my credit My score dropped *** points , this will cause me to lose my ability to go forward with the closing of this home. I am at my wits end and very disappointed with 'workers' that tell you one thing and do another or don't do as they say they will. Because of this lady 'for whatever reason' did not place this in the computer My credit score is to low now to procceed..I need your to fix this issue asap before the this day is out. I am a hard worker and I pay my bills. Once in awhile I ask for a little leniency when at times I am thrown a curve ball. As one of your employers have done to me. Please help me in this matter so I can proceed with my home purchase. In all regards, David Degerness.
