My spouse and I would like to verify a listing on Craigslist for an item in Utah that is actually located in Virginia. It is a [redacted] white Chevy Tahoe listed under SSG Sara Brown, a Virginia National Guard member. The listing number is 888789b74ba136bdb8f6c5a9fedd4ca@sale,craigslist. We corresponded with the seller via email, who mentioned transitioning the sale from Craigslist to eBay for the transaction process. The seller stated that eBay would handle the arrangements for the vehicle to be transported to Pueblo, Colorado from Virginia. The price listed is $2,[redacted] for a [redacted] Chevy Tahoe LTZ. The seller claims to be in training and preparing for deployment soon, indicating the urgency of the sale by March 10 to meet deployment timeline. We find the shift to eBay suspicious after the initial Craigslist post. Please verify this listing for us. For further communication, kindly reach out to us via email provided, but contacting my spouse, Jame, at [redacted] via phone is preferable. Thank you for your assistance. Pamela Martens.

I bought an aluminum boat from a seller who provided a clear title but no bill of sale. When trying to transfer ownership, Parks and Wildlife requested additional details. The seller advised me to sign the title as it was never in their name. Upon inspection, the boat's identification plate was damaged, the factory plate missing, and the rear plate extensively altered. The State Game Warden indicated the boat cannot be registered. I seek assistance in identifying the individual who posted the ad to gather information for legal purposes. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I advertised a rental house in Turlock, CA through a property management company that placed the ad on Craigslist. Unfortunately, it seems like the ad was hacked as the listed rent price of $[redacted] was changed to $[redacted]. The email associated with the ad, "[redacted]," is unfamiliar. The post ID for reference is [redacted]. The property address is [redacted] Blue Oak Ct., Turlock, CA [redacted]. I have informed my property management representative, but they are unable to resolve the situation. Any assistance in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, R. Sharif

I have noticed that whenever I try to post my German Shepherd puppies for rehoming with my contact information, my ad gets flagged. I see other ads selling dogs with prices listed that remain active. I have followed the guidelines by mentioning a rehoming fee and providing my name and phone number, yet my posts keep getting flagged. I have posted in different categories like Farm and Garden, Pets, and General, but the result is the same. I receive an initial email saying my post is viewable followed by another notification that I have been flagged. I observe other ads with prices listed for sale not facing the same issue. I have used your platform to sell various items successfully but am puzzled as to why my German Shepherd puppies ads are consistently being flagged, even when I comply with the rules.

I found a Honda Civic for sale in Knoxville, TN for $[redacted]. The seller sent me pictures and I liked the car. They asked me to buy two eBay gift cards, so I purchased one for $[redacted] and shared the number to show my interest. They then requested $[redacted] for shipping, so I sent the additional amount. I am waiting for confirmation that the money was received. The seller, Rebecca Lewis, contacted me and requested my full name, phone number, and address. I want to prevent this from happening to others, even though I may have lost $[redacted].

I am facing difficulty selling my truck due to the previous owner continuously reposting his old listing on Chicago Craigslist, falsely claiming ownership. I am unsure if this person is attempting to deceive potential buyers or simply boasting about the vehicle he sold. I purchased the truck on November 23, [redacted], in poor condition and invested a significant amount in repairs to enhance its current appearance. I aim to sell it now, but his actions are hindering my efforts. As a longstanding and trustworthy Craigslist user, I want to resolve this matter amicably. The truck is a [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] Harley Davidson Edition with VIN 1FTSW31P34EC52693, legally owned and registered in my name. My Craigslist post has ID [redacted], while his has ID [redacted]. Your assistance in this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have been repeatedly experiencing harassment on Craigslist due to someone maliciously flagging and removing my posts. This has made using Craigslist very difficult for me, and I believe this person should be banned from the platform. Their actions are unacceptable, and I am frustrated that it has not been addressed yet. I urge Craigslist to investigate and put a stop to this behavior. Thank you.

I apologize if I have not reached the correct department with this message. I couldn't locate a different email address for Craigslist or a complaint section. My account has been on hold for a while now, and I'm unsure about what I've done wrong. I've never had issues posting before, so I would appreciate clarity on the matter. Approximately a year and a half ago, my father was scammed out of $1,[redacted], and despite reporting it to Craigslist, contacting legal authorities, and the police, no action was taken against the scammer. It's frustrating that my account is now affected without a clear reason. The email address I used is being flagged, preventing me from using it. The same can't be said for the individual who scammed my father, as their account remains active. I am puzzled about the criteria for placing accounts on hold and would like some explanation.

My account has been on hold for a while now without any explanation. Despite never encountering issues with posting before, I am puzzled about the criteria used to decide which accounts are placed on hold. My concern stems from a past experience where my father was scammed via Craigslist and the lack of action taken afterwards. I've followed all necessary steps when bringing the issue to Craigslist's attention with no resolution. Now, seeing my account on hold while the person who scammed my father continues to post freely raises questions about the fairness of this process. I seek clarity on why my account is on hold and hope for my father to regain some trust in both humanity and Craigslist by receiving a refund from the scammer. The lack of consequences for the scammer is disheartening, and I hope for a fair resolution to this matter.

I recently raised some concerns about my account being on hold. As I read through other users' questions and see that many are still waiting or have given up with no resolution, I feel frustrated. I want my concerns addressed promptly and not be left waiting indefinitely. I have researched the relevant laws and statute of limitations regarding my father's issue but have yet to see any progress. I am documenting all correspondence and interactions for my records. I hope for a swift response to my situation. My name is Elaine Smith. Thank you.

I purchased a [redacted] Cadillac DTS from Michael J. Marshall & his mother J.C. Rodrigues on 2/28/[redacted] for $[redacted] in cash at a meeting spot on 44th and Wadsworth in Lakewood, CO, at a Walgreens at 7:00 pm. The car was listed as a [redacted] with a clean title for $[redacted], but it turns out the car has a rebuilt title from salvage. I've tried contacting them, but they are not responding under the names they gave. Since the sale, the car has been removed from Craig's List. Can you provide me with a copy of the original ad they posted for the [redacted] Cadillac DTS? The car is black and well-equipped, with the ad showing fancy wheels and tires. However, they have replaced these fancy wheels with the original ones and mismatched tires.

I have been diligently reporting scam posts without any issues until now. Recently, I noticed suspicious listings for RVs in Hawaii priced well below market value, which raised red flags for me. Given the scarcity of recreational vehicles in Hawaii due to restrictions, these listings were clearly fraudulent. Additionally, while searching for a used jack, I came across a local pawn shop flooding the platform with numerous ads that violated the rules by being listed as "for sale by owner" when they were actually a commercial enterprise. I flagged these ads to declutter my search results, but now I'm encountering difficulties with the recaptcha feature likely due to the high volume of flags I submitted. It has become challenging to navigate the site, and despite reaching out to Craigslist for assistance, I have not received a response in four days. I hope to find a resolution to this issue soon.

Using CraigsList is fantastic, especially because it's free. However, I've had issues with my posts being flagged without a valid reason provided. It would be helpful for CraigsList to send an explanation when a post is flagged to prevent misuse of the system. Unfortunately, it seems too simple for malicious users to target others by flagging posts out of jealousy or competition. Allowing anyone to take down another user's posts with just a flag seems unfair and unjust. It would be beneficial for CraigsList to review and address these concerns to ensure fair usage for all.

I need to report an incident involving individuals who are falsely claiming to rent a condo in Oahu, Hawaii. The person in question is Rowena Wong, posing as the manager, attempting to rent out a condo at [redacted] Nāhua St. Honolulu, Hawaii, [redacted], #[redacted], using pictures stolen from Zillow and Redfin. The supposed owner, Kenneth Anthoni Grabarz, is falsely listed on the "contract," requiring money transfers to a Chase Banking account. Speaking with the real condo manager confirmed that the owners, not those mentioned, reside there and do not rent it out. The building manager noted multiple scam attempts. Upon confronting Rowena about this, she became upset. I urge for her removal from this platform to prevent further fraudulent activities. Fortunately, I verified with the actual building management before making any payments.

A person named Olabode Dosumu contacted me regarding the sale of my camera on Craigslist. He expressed interest in purchasing it for $[redacted] and requested that I ship it from Turner, Oregon to an address in Gardena, CA. After creating a PayPal account as per his request, I invoiced him, but despite receiving emails that seemed to be from PayPal stating that funds were pending, it turned out to be a scam as he never paid for the camera. I have his contact details, the fake emails, and our text conversations as evidence. Despite his promises to return the camera, he has not done so, and even provided a false tracking number. I have reported the situation to UPS and PayPal but have not received a resolution. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

I responded to an ad for an item and we agreed on the price and shipping. I sent a money order, but the seller said I was supposed to leave the name blank as they have no ID. A week later, they claimed they couldn't afford to mail the item and said it was illegal and destroyed it. They mentioned sting operations by the police and even sent a picture of our townhouse complex with a police car. When I asked for my money back, they made excuses and mentioned a family death. The seller later said their wife mailed the money back, but I haven't received anything. It has now been a month since I sent the money. How can I resolve this? The total amount was $41. Thank you.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and discovered a Toyota Camry listed for sale at $1,[redacted] by a seller named Keith Ridley, who is associated with your platform. Upon communicating with them about the car's condition and the transaction process, I was informed that the vehicle would be handled through eBay Motor Protection, allowing me a 5-day inspection period. I received an invoice containing both our names and a purported eBay company number that turned out to be fake. To proceed, I was instructed to purchase $1,[redacted] worth of eBay gift cards, which I bought using the provided fake company details. Subsequently, I learned from local law enforcement that the phone number was not domestic but foreign. They have initiated an investigation, and my aim is to retrieve the lost funds and address this fraudulent activity linked to Keith Ridley within your system. I can provide supporting documents if necessary. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am deeply concerned about a sexually explicit ad that was maliciously posted on Craigslist in Columbus, GA, under the missed connections category. The ad included vulgar language, and due to the nature of its content, I received inappropriate pictures and messages. The individual behind this, Cody W., appears to be seeking revenge. Although the ad was promptly taken down by Craigslist after being flagged, I am unable to retrieve the posting ID number to further address this issue. I seek assistance in identifying the specifics of the removed post, such as the title, category, and post time, to gather more information about the original poster. The ad was flagged and removed between 2:30-2:45 PM EST yesterday. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter’s controlling and harassing boyfriend escalated his vindictiveness by posting a sexually explicit ad on Craigslist in the Columbus GA - missed connections category around 2:00 PM EST on 3/18. The company flagged and removed the inappropriate post, but I received unwanted texts with explicit pictures due to his actions. Unfortunately, I couldn't retrieve the 10-digit posting ID after it was flagged. I suspect Cody Weems is behind this, but I need to verify the original poster's details. The ad was taken down by Craigslist between 2:30 - 2:45 EST yesterday. CL Columbus, GA > missed connections... As a married woman unsatisfied at home, I'm looking for casual encounters without changing my marital status. Unfortunately, my husband is not attentive to my needs. I believe meeting strangers for encounters in public is thrilling. I urgently need assistance in identifying the person responsible for this distressing post. Thank you, O.R.
